The items never arrived
I ordered a few things to be delivered to store from a specific date and they never arrived. At first I was advised there was a delay, then that I would get a refund, then to go and collect them from the store and a few hours later that there was a problem and the items were never delivered. Confusing and disappointing.

I popped in last week and had the pleasure of meeting Alberto, Asia and Darnell who were all exceptional and super helpful. I received great recommendations and I highly recommended visiting their location as it had a great selection of items too.

Amazing price for a winter coat
Delivery was fast to local store. Store staff polite and helpful. Would definitely order again. Sale price for a winter got was amazing £140 coat for only £50, food quality and will be lovely and warm for the winter months

Really great quality clothes- lovely skirt and fantastic customer service from the staff at St Pancras who were lovely and very helpful in helping me exchange for a smaller size. The service was so good that I will 100% shop with them in the future.

Black Friday Overcoat

I collected my skirt from FATFACE at St Pancras Station, as it was convenient for me to do so. Great service. It was ready, there was none of that constant looking in boxes for my item.

Much too wide and terrible fit.
The click and collect service was very slow - almost a week and then not available till after 4pm.
And the shirt was much too wide and a very ugly shape - completely different from previous similar purchases.

At Pancras Station London very rude man working there now have the cheek to charge for a bag they rather loose a sale
Never have Fatface charged for bags also received a different reply from Fatface saying it was discretionery this prove your making excuses for bad customer services.
Also you use paper bags this came in as a plastic tax for carrier bags and also how do you not know customers reuse your bags also a t Christmas you put a pattern on them to be used as wrapping paper. You need to know your facts before you write poor excuses

From 21 May 2021, companies must charge a minimum of 10 pence a bag (including VAT) for single-use carrier bags.
I can confirm that we charge 20p for our carrier bags, and 100% of this is donated to the Charity, Shelter.
