Excellent customer service
I originally ordered jeans online but went into Shrewsbury to exchange them as they didn’t fit. As ever the staff in town were super helpful. I always leave that shop with a smile. A lot of retailers could look to the team in Fat Face for how to get it right.

Clothes are great but Payapal returns NFG
Clothes are great, but I had to return an item and the Shrewsbury shop refused to take it as I had paid via PayPal, I had to take it back home repackage and then back up town to the post office.
I did read the return info, no warning re PayPal.

I am sorry that you was turned away from our store with your PayPal order. It is policy that orders paid in 3 installments via Paypal are not eligible for return in stores. However I can see that your order was paid in full and the store should have processed that for you.

Brilliant, need to exchange an item so I took the item to Shrewsbury shop and the lady in there refund and reordered the item, as they didn’t have what I wanted, my new item came in the post 48 hours later
