Appalling service
Appalling service. I shall never order from this company again. I placed an online order, to collect from one of its store, on a specific day as that was the only day I could visit that store. I was advised that I would be emailed by 4pm. I passed by the store 15 minutes before 4pm to be told, the parcels had not been received (which was an outright lie) - the parcel had been received but owing to staff sickness and only two people overseeing a store that looked like a jumble sale with clothes all over the floor, they were unable to process its deliveries. The person at the till (a gormless girl) saw I was severely disabled, they could have gone to the back, found my parcel and processed the pick up for me there and then, but she couldn’t be bothered (great customer service). The store in which I should have collected the parcel from , Sheffield’s Ecclesall Road store, closes at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Ryan and the gormless girl must have been processing the orders after the shop closed because I got an email at 5:38pm on that day, saying , “your parcel is ready for collection”. When I called the store to find out whether it was closed, Ryan confirmed the store had in fact closed for the day”. So, now knowing that I was never going to be able to pick up the parcel, I emailed Fatface and asked them to cancel the order and refund the entire cost of the goods back to my credit card. I then received an email saying that I had collected the parcel, which was wrong, and I have had to call and email other people to ensure my refund is processed immediately. I am waiting for my refund and have now submitted a fraud report to my credit card. This set up from Fat Face is appalling and appalling customer services. I will never, purchase anything from them again, instore and certainly not online.

I arrived in store to pick up an online…
I arrived in store to pick up an online order, 20mins before the time allocation. The shop was empty and two staff members were sorting online parcels at the till. They refused to look for my parcel and told me to come back after 4pm (in 20mins.) I went back to my car and got an email within 10mins to say my order was ready!

Putting things right!
After a mix up the company made with my online order, the assistant manager, Ryan, in the Ecclesall Road shop in Sheffield, went to great lengths to ensure I could access the goods I wanted, which were no longer available on line or in his store. His manner was friendly, courteous and professional. Confidence in Fat Face restored!

Nice clothes, good prices, easy online shopping experience. There is a FF shop near me and staff are extremely helpful, so pickup and returns are straightforward. I'm very pleased with my shopping experience!

Good service and lovely clothes
Ecclesall Road staff are very helpful. Fatface generally have some lovely clothes, the Amy hoodie for me is a favourite. Really good quality, uber soft inside and fits perfectly. Sliming (v helpful!). Expensive but I’ve had one for over 10 years and it’s still good so worth it.
