A lovely shopping experience
This is a really inviting store from the moment you walk in. It's a really nice layout compared to other branches meaning you are encourages to take a purposeful walk through each section, easily finding what you're looking for and being inspired by the little extras dotted around. The staff are always lovely and friendly without feeling like they are hard selling. Carly in particular always has a smile on her face!

Great service from Christine, very friendly and helpful. I hadn’t realised the kids section was going online and Christine went to find some items I was specifically looking for. Found the perfect dryrobe and I know have a very happy child.

Best customer service!!!
I love fatface, such lovely quality clothes. However when I visited the branch in Rushden Lakes a superb lady called Carly served me. She was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She went the extra mile for us to check stock for our items and made great suggestions. Best customer service I've had in a very long time!! Definitely shop in the branch from now on!!

Christmas shopping in store
We were Christmas shopping in the Rushden store and helped by Ash. She made product recommendations and helped us locate clothes within the store. The whole store felt very welcoming and we were very happy with our shopping experience.
