Called the shop to ask if they had an extra small hoodie in stock (the hoodies are always huge) and the man kindly found one and put it aside for me to collect the next day.

I liked the item I purchased, however I asked for delivery to store & had to wait a few days after the original requested/ available day. I found this a little frustrating as it was a gift for someone who was visiting. Suffice to say they didn't receive the gift.

Great return
I loved the dresses from fat face but had to pick only 2 even though I really wanted all 4. . The other 2 I returned to Romsey store. The staff were so lovely. Made the return easy. Knew their stock really well. What a lovely store, all round pleasant experience. I now have more items on my wishlist ❤️

Tried on in store first, but sizing wasn't right, the staff looked where they might have it in stock, staff always go above and beyond in fatface. When none in stock locally he informed me to order online, where it was in stock.

Great t-shirt
I ordered a t-shirt that was in the sale It fits perfectly & I love it,I also ordered a tank top which again fits perfectly. I picked them up from the Romsey store the staff there are always very pleasant & helpful.
