Have or never had issue with quality…
Have or never had issue with quality but the exchange system you have in place is poor,ordered online and picked up at local shop,lytham,one item didn't fit but couldn't exchange it I was told,had to purchase the replacement and get refund on item that didn t fit but I paid with gift card online,so have to wait for refund on gift card before I can go back and pick up replacement, bizarre!!

Demi Blue & Elsa Ivory Woodblock Dresses
Purchased demi blue midi regular. Being 5ft 1in came just above ankles and was a perfect fit. I was also looking to purchase the Elsa Ivory Woodblock dress which being maxi was too long. Sales assistant ordered it for me in short explaining that it would be around 2" shorter than maxi length. So glad that she did as it was the same length as the midi on me. Again lovely dress and fit - in picked up only a few days after ordering. Thank you very much Fat Face for an excellent service.

Excellent service. I ordered a dress in store the dress was far to long I was going to put it back im only 5ft 3in assistant explained I could order dress in shorter length. It arrived within 2 days. Excellent. Well done staff at Lytham store for being so helpful.

Disabled friendly
I ordered some clothes to be picked up in store, I am disabled and use a mobility scooter and the young man who served me couldn’t be more helpful. He offered to bring out a ramp if I wanted to have a look around and when I said I didn’t he brought everything out to me so I didn’t have to struggle, he made me feel very comfortable.

Excellent customer service
Very grateful for excellent service at the store in Lytham. David, the manager helped with a return of an item that was faulty and arranged for an exchange for a similar item. He clearly has great customer service as a priority.
