I ordered my slippers online to be delivered to my local store, so no delivery costs. In the sale and I used a voucher. Collected within a week, helpful friendly staff. Very happy with slippers, comfortable and warm.

I returned them to my local Fatface store in Lymington.
Store manager Sonia was very helpful and reordered another black pair to be delivered to my home address with next day delivery.

Shopping at the Lymington branch. Been in a few times and never a positive or welcoming experience however upon both collecting my online order and later returning it was such a negative experience I felt the need to share. Upon presenting my return I was interrogated as to whether all the items were to be returned and why. Tried to break the aggressive tension I faced explaining I had bought a few items in more than one size and kept much of the order. Both the ladies behind the till were rude, confrontational, defensive, unhelpful and throughout I was made to feel as if I was in the wrong and in the way.
I was told sharply to pick up my own rubbish as the safety of the store was at stake. For context this was the bag from Fatface the order had been delivered in and there was no-one else anywhere near this when it slipped onto the floor briefly. Every item was slowly removed from the bag, scanned, a label attached and they had to restart the process as got it wrong initially. I tried to help speed up the painfully slow and incompetent service only to be reprimanded and I feel like returning the remainder of the £300 order I had placed as a result.
Shopping with my young daughter even she commented on how rude they were and despite being a loyal customer for many years I am very unlikely to go into the shop should I see either of them at the till.
For a customer that gives staff great customer service training and seems to recognise the importance of a positive customer experience I feel the store would benefit from some mystery shoppers.

Everything is excellent quality, if someonetimes a little expensive, ( I usually wait for a sale if that's the case!)

This snoopy bag is just perfect! I love it! Such good quality, a must for any snoopy fan! Easy to order, quick collection from local Lymington shop, 2 very friendly ladies who humoured my excitement when I opened it in the store! Wish I didn't have a friend waiting for me outside in the car, as I spotted lots of other gorgeous bits I'll have to order next time!
