Staff very helpful, good material. Would prefer it if they start a petite range, as being 5ft 2inches tall, most dresses are too long..

Good quality clothing but the customer service in your London Bridge store was not the best. I returned a few children's clothing yesterday and was told in future to use other stores because they didn't have a stock room and is put in a box. That's not something to tell customers and should be made clear on your website!

Goods always arrive on time. Had to change a dress I'd ordered as I already had an identical one in my wardrobe upstairs (seriously!). So I took it back to the London Bridge Station shop (easiest Fatface for me to get to). On discovering I'd left the receipt at home I was told I could phone my husband to get him to send me a copy of the receipt to my phone, which we did. Next problem...I'd paid by PayPal and they couldn't do an exchange...I didn't want my money back, just an exchange. I moaned a bit saying I'd come from South Croydon to London Bridge especially, and had had a long wait for the train...journey for nothing etc....the manager (I think) then telephoned the head office to ask if she could do the exchange for me, which they agreed to. Result....went away happy, not having a wasted journey after all.. I did have another 45 minute wait to go home, but hey ho. Thank you so much for your help. One happy customer!

I didn’t find what I was looking for but the staff were extremely helpful and checked other stores plus online.

Just want to feed back on two of your lovely staff at Fat Face London Bridge - Natalia and Evelina/ Evangeline (sorry if I misheard your name!) who over the past week or so have been helping me try to get the right sized bikini top and bottoms for my teenager at the branch and Waterloo/ Paddington. Really lovely customer service and super helpful! Bought stuff for me, too! Thank you for all you’ve done to get our holiday wardrobe ready!

It is the 3rd time I shop at Fatface in London Bridge and my first review. Few days ago, I purchased a navy blue maxi dress and a pair of navy shorts. And returned to inquire about a blue floral dress. I was very pleased with the excellent quality and flattering design of my purchases.
I was served by Eva-Lena who was very warm, welcoming and very professional - excellent customer service. And so was her colleague Maria - and I can say that the other male member of staff ( cannot remember his name) who served me the first time had exactly the same attitude toward customer service.

This top is so flattering in shape and design. I am a size 14 but decided to go up a size because of the shirring on the bodice which is so pretty. ...I did the right thing as it is a perfect fit. The colour and pattern are perfect and the quality seems as you would expect from FatFace. The shirring on the sleeves is utterly feminine . I am delighted

Mavra and Valentina helped me buy some clothes before my trip to Spain. Both ladies were excellent and made me feel very welcome. Superb customer service throughout, hope to see them again!

I went in to the store and was helped by Valentina and Evalena. Both were fantastic at helping me find the right clothes. They found the right size and style to suit me and offered authentic customer service with smiles and laughs. Really would recommend this store if you want some good service!

I went to the London Bridge station Fatface on Thursday evening to try on some boots. The two saleswomen were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very comfortable in asking for different types and sizes and showing me the changing room. It was a pleasure to shop there!
