Pleased with the Fat Face goods & service we have purchased over many years
Ordered a number of garments for myself & my Husband. Excellent service from all staff involved in the delivery & collection in our local shop Conwy North Wales. The staff here are always pleasant & give good customer service. We are very pleased with all the tops & jacket we bought & look forward to wearing them on our holidays.

Where do I even begin..? I was served by a lovely lady called Jenny I believe. We are from out of town but she was so helpful to me and my wife. The store was so beautiful inside and out, then you walk inside and get greeted by Jenny and her Male colleague who both just bought so much joy to our faces! We even had a chat about the amazing castle and how I could use the surf board! It’s so nice to see the joy and the fun they bought to our experience! Amazing customer service from both! If you’re visiting Conwy please visit this beautiful store.

Bag ordered online to collect from store. Bag arrived at store as scheduled and I was emailed promptly to collect it. This was a gift for my daughter and she loves it. Fat Face bags are always good quality and affordable

Quick delivery to store in Conwy. Staff were friendly, found items quickly. Followed company policy of asking for ID. After an experience in another leading dept store who gave my order to someone else and then it took3 visits to actually pick up an order I really appreciate this being done!
