Always love fat face clothes, a little expensive but worth it. I order online mostly as I get petite & in the shop there isn't that choice.

As always, the staff are on point with service. From greeting on entrance (the way it has always been). To service on the shop floor for inspiration to, checking out the look is right for you. Always a smile and a laugh at the till point.

This was my first online order from FatFace. I was impressed with how easy and efficient the transaction went from start to finish. Communication was excellent and collected my parcel from the store within two days.

really good service
Always get really good service in this store. The people who work there are cheery but not intrusive and always ready to help.
Clothes are good quality l, fit really well and last. I have a couple of shirts 10 + years old, which may be a little sad..
