Ordered an item in store
Ordered an item in store, 19th, to be delivered on Fri 21st: there was no communication from the company to say item has been delayed! I had to contact the store who then asked for me to ring Cust Svs. They informed me that item has been delayed & unsure when it’ll be delivered. She said I have to return to the store for a refund. I then go to the store & they said cust Svs should have managed the refund. I said I’m not going BACK home to call cust Svs for a refund. I said you have the receipt - order was paid for in store so refund should be actioned here. I finally received the refund! It’s ridiculous!

Fatface is my favourite shop
Fatface is my favourite shop. My nearest store is at Amersham and I can always find something I didn’t know I needed! The staff are always friendly. My only regret is that you don’t sell the children’s range now. I have bought some great clothes for my grandchildren in the past.

Online Orders and In Store Clash of Common Sense
Customer services and process is ridiculous.
Buy an item for collection in store. Item goes on sale before you collect it and you cannot get a refund an repurchase it as anything on line refunded must go back to delivery depot. Carbon waste and also poor customer services. Why should I pay £21 more to keep an item others can get cheaper. In addition, I used carbon to travel to the store to collect. Long term customer of Fatface and I am really put off now,

Excellent Service
Excellent Service. Items arrived for collection in store within the expected time frame. I was unable to collect one package in time due to the heat wave and so I called the store. They put a message on my parcel allowed me to collect it a couple of days late. Very compassionate. This was the Amersham Store. Thank you!

The returns to my local Fat Face shop in Amersham were so easy with the help of the wonderful staff.
Makes me not worry about the sometimes ‘hassle’ of ordering and returning online goods.
