A great service. The only things I would improve would be:
(because I live locally) a facility to drop the books off; and
I got a shock when I first heard back from you after delivery of my two boxes because the first notification seemed to reject half the books ... because you hadn't got them yet.
so both minor aspects to an otherwise pretty efficient service,

The book I ordered from the Fatbrain was not even in their catalogue! The wrong details were given on their website, However, Shelly tried her best to sought it out and offered me a full refund. i decided to keep the book they sent me after all as it met most of my requirements. Good customer service.
