Fasttrack Airport Parking Reviews 

The people driving the shuttles back and forth to the airport were very nice and helpful; however, the person working the gate when leaving the parking lot seemed to be engaged in a personal conversation and allowed me to sit there and wait unacknowledged for a few minutes. Also, the parking lot was in poor shape and being that my car is an older vehicle felt very hard on my shocks and tires.

Great prices. Most drivers are very friendly and helpful.

Sometimes, I have to wait for the shuttle...so be patient. On my last trip, the driver circled the parking lot several times when there was another shuttle there that could have picked people up instead of us keep circling until our shuttle was standing room only and over packed.

This delayed cause my assistant and me to miss our flight. I was not happy.

Mostly everything was good. Only reason to give 3 star is we didn't have good experience on way back from trip, we had to wait for long time to picked up from airport. While we saw many other off airport shuttle come and go.

They have to improve frequency of shuttles picking up from airport.

Terrible experience from beginning to end. Warning: DO NOT PARK HERE! I would give 0 stars if I could. It's cheaper but not worth is. Service is terrible, cars get broken into, the wait is 30-45mins. Awful experience. You've been warned

Not good experience. Upon arrival with our prepaid invoice and a plane to catch, there was no place to park. Had to wait 30 minutes until there was an empty parking place. Upon arrival back a week later, no bus. Had to wait again. Then once at parking lot, waited in line another ,20+ minutes to get out. Extremely slow attendant who was unfriendly and not concerned by the long wait.

Upon entry I think the booth employee was asleep all the lights were out it appeared like the lot was closed. Since I pre-paid I proceeded anyway. Someone finally poped up and asked for pre pay proof. The lot is in need of repair and could use a friendly face at the entry booth. However the price is right and my car is where and how I left it. That said I will use the lot again.

I like the fact that your shuttles get me to and from the Hartsfield Airport in record time. It appears when I return from my trip, the shuttle is right there like I am the only one it is picking up. The shuttles are very comfortable and the drivers have been courteous. They also put and take your bags off the shuttle for you and upon returning to your vehicle, your bags are placed in the car..

The cashiers, when I check out have always been friendly, courteous and helpful.

Treatment was great, we had a reservation, however it was very difficult to find a space. A bus driver did point one out finally, but we may not have made our flight if we didn't have TSA pre-check.

Great place to park, fast shuttles to airport. A little slow getting a return from international terminal. Had to call and leave a message. No way to know for sure message was received or not. Took about 20 minutes for shuttle to show up. First time flying out of & returning to international terminal. Great service to domestic terminal.

Pros: Parking was very affordable.

Cons: Upon return from our trip the driver did not get out of the van. He sat there while we loaded our bags in ourselves. He did not say anything to us in the van. Just picked us up and dropped us off. Of course we also had to unload our bags ourselves. In all of my years of travelling he was the WORST!

I have been using this parking lot for decades with various names. The last two times have been disastrous! Leaving or PA we waited 20 minutes for a shuttle. Coming home from Kenya Africa we also had to wait a long time for a shuttle to drop us back off. You need more shuttles. Thanks Bonnie

I'm not sure if we will use Fasttrack again. Oh and when you call to ask a question l the voice mailbox is full or won't accept messages.

First time using a service of this type. It was perfect and easy! Great staff.

Sept. 23, 2017 - Parking lot was in terrible shape, concrete torn up, holes and could not see the parking lines. The agent at the checkout booth was rude, because I did not have my reservation receipt, though she could look it up by entering my name and finally did when I asked. I have parked at this lot for years, but am now thinking of changing to another lot where my business is appreciated.
