I've talked to Nicklas in customer service about getting a new activation date for my subscription, and I had the best experience. He could assist me in English, and handled the process quickly and efficiently. He was very nice and patient.

Was provided friendly customer service from Muhammad for a contract transfer and setting up at a new address. They were able to check previous correspondence to make sure we weren't doing the same thing twice.

I used their mobile connection - router with a SIM card
connection has a decent speed, nothing crazy, it's unstable though, too many lost packets, but you get what you pay for 200DKK/month

Bought their fiber and talked with support about the fact that it is installed in the building but it’s only a cable in the stairwell and not in my apartment. They said it was fine and the technician would fix it. The technician arrived a month later and said it wasn’t possible and there were so many things wrong. I then called them again and they didn’t have another internet option that made sense for me, so I wanted to cancel it. A few days after they pulled 700dkk from my bank account without saying anything in advance. It was apparently because of the technician, but he didn’t do a thing… I called them and they couldn’t help.
UPDATE
Fastspeed reached out and wanted to refund med for the technician. I was very pleased with that. Although I wished I was heard when I first called and let them know about the inconvenience.
