He assisted me with tracking the delayed PostNord shipment and also extended my deadline by one month to accommodate the delay.

I contacted the customer service to help with synchronizing the termination of the service from my current internet service provider and the start of service from Fastspeed. The waiting time on the phone was minimal and the employee who handled my call, Jonas, was sharp and very helpful.
