Never got the skip and such a ball ache to even get w refund of my £216 back still yet to get the refund

AVOID, Terrible service. On the day I was meant to get my skip nobody arrived so I rang around they all told me I was in the wrong department to eventually getting a call back telling me they can deliver today you have to wait a week.
When the skip arrived the driver left it on the fence of the front garden and left. 3 months later the skip is still outside my house. Countless calls to say I’ll get a call back. With a full skip still outside my house

Ordered a skip on 09/07 to be delivered on 11/07. Had a phone call on the 10/07 saying the earliest they could deliver would be 16/07 whilst offering to cancel for a full refund. I cancelled and didn't get the refund. Had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider.

Booked online and received follow up phone call to confirm booking. Skip delivered on correct day and early morning as requested.

Fantastic company, skip arrived on time really reliable.

Great communication from their offices, and they arranged to have the skip collected really quickly for us.

Needed a skip quickly,ordered on line paid on line no faffing about,wanted mine over a picket fence which I asked if that's ok , depending on height so I measured it lady on phone rang me back said all ok

Really good service from this company we have had 2 skips delivered and all very efficient and easy.

Great service arrived on the day booked, no problems at all.

Skip was finally delivered 2 days late first time driver ran out of hours but never contacted us next day should of been here at 7:30 and arrived at 10

Fast skips was unable to meet delivery date despite taking order. Skip delayed by 72 hours. Not impressed with booking company but the local company delivering the skip was fine. I wouldn’t book with fast skips they should rebrand as slow skips. Instead I’ll go direct to the skip company.

The worst service ever. Booked for Friday, on Friday afternoon started calling to ask if man with a van going to arrive. Everyone was asking about skip, I said man with a van, nobody was able to tell me if driver arriving or not. After third call they transferred me to van with a van department, took my order details and said will call back. Never called back. Emailed and then Greg called me back, said that doesn't see my booking in system although order was confirmed and paid in full. Rebooked for Tuesday. I said that I have building bricks from fence which I removed about 1m3 and carton boxes cuttted and packed in bags. He said it's fine but when driver arrived he refused to collect bricks. Just removed bin bags with carton boxes. Emailed again, no response. Paid almost £200 for carton boxes to be removed. The worst customer service as well.
