Constant dialogue and overall a superb layout made! Really happy with the work

I work for the Childhood Cancer Society, a non-profit, and we called last minute to get a standee printed. They worked very hard to get it ready for us by the next day. It was excellent quality and very fairly priced. They were detailed and made sure they got everything correct!

I found this experience very frustrating. The creative design department seems to lack originality. I submitted a image of my book. They only needed to design the right side back door. Nobody told the creatie design department to touch my book image. But he did and the image looks twisted. This is the third vehicle wrap that I had installed by Fastsigns. The first installation was at their Clovis, CA location, and the second was in Fresno, CA. I had the third wrap installed today in Clovis, CA, but I would recommend getting your wrap installed in Fresno instead. The Fresno location handles installations much better.

I picked up my van from the Clovis location at 5:15 p.m. on a Friday, and they close at 5:30 p.m. Upon inspection, I noticed a scratch on the right door window. I wasn't very pleased with the installation of my first wrap at the Clovis location either. I'm just relieved that it's finally over, as it has been a nightmare.

I went into my local "Fast Signs " I needed to make a Change to the dates on 3 signs we use every year to promote a community event. The salesperson "Gage" was very nice and he made it sound like Fast Signs could easily print an "overlay " that would cover the old date with a new date for this year. He told me he would have a proof to me in a couple days, max...
almost two weeks later I hadn't heard from Gage. So I called him and he apologized saying he had been "busy" He told me he would have the proof the next day. 3 days later I called him and he said he was working on the proof and would have it done right away.
Yesterday, I got the "proof" ..It was only a lame screen wich I had to tape on the part of the sign
after the "day" part of the sign.
They didn't even give me the entire line of print to cover what i needed covered.
BUT, They charged me over 75.00 for the poor excuse for an overlay that they did.
So, My Original request was lost, My reminder was pushed back and the product was very poor.
You advertise about how Fast Signs is the place to go, But for me , it was nothing but very poor service, and a horrible product.
I and my related companies will not be returning to this lcation in Florence , KY..( If any )

The communication has been really poor and frustrating. We made our initial inquiry months ago. They sent out somebody who did not correctly understand the brief and after a period of the time received an email with something that was nothing like we’d asked for. We then reached out with multiple phone calls and emails and were ignored. After two months we have decided to go elsewhere however this two months is a wasted time for us where we could’ve been promoting our business with a great sign. Really disappointed.

I have tried to work with FastSigns and have been in communication with Santoie, but she has never replied. I have been waiting for over three weeks to receive a quote for a building sign, but she never bothered to respond.

Went to pick up business card that I had ordered as well as pre paid for upon walking in and thanking Chris for a good job, he said you can’t be going back there and talking to my designer like that anymore ! I replied excuse me and he replied same as before! Caught totally off guard ,flabbergasted one day the week before I went in and finalized the detail on my order with his designer I mentioned I was sorry for causing her extra work and told that I thought she did awesome work and fast which allowed me to get back to work for which I thanked her and went on. All total may be 60 sec interaction and that was it. Forward to today got text from Chris cards ready walked in to greeting I mentioned earlier when I said what could I have possibly said that could have remotely said to cause this kind of reaction please tell me where this is coming from I told him that you guys were both in the room but they didn’t hear they said, Chris stated that I had said I should just take her home with me speaking of the designer which I’m sorry I said it and that it was in the same sentence as I was bragging on her awesome work and efficiency in which she completed it I’m sorry that it was taken in any other way but a compliment. I ask Chris do you think that I had any other intent remember he and wife were there and he said he had to ask he said then said i don’t know what ur thinking to which I said I think you do, and how you got here from the 60 second interaction w designer which they witnessed that when I said I’m not sure what woke is but I think this is what they call woke isn’t it not sure but it kinda felt woke heard of it but now I know again I wanted to apologize to designer but they said no so I apologies to them and again 1000 apologies to designer I promise there was never in anyway anything inappropriate implied or otherwise if you don’t think that’s the case pull the video Chris was there may be a teachable moment here that could be priceless in near future. You even agreed that there may be other dynamics at play??? Even though happy with previous work won’t be a accused again of not sure what would it be called I ask chis if the authorities should b called and totally surprised they were not I asked for a refund because every time I hand one of these cards out I will now think of a terrible experience, I said Chris nobody wants that but I was wrong, no refunds just baseless accusations in Okla even

The sign that was produced was great and met our specifications. But, within weeks, paint began to fall off. Asking the vendor to make repairs falls on deaf ears. Zero support and poor product quality. For a sign product there is a need for more than "looks great"...need the workmanship to last more than a few months.

Visited to return a parcel to which the man stared at me blankly and then got another woman who attended to me with poor customer service, did not even say hello and then asked what she needs to scan. I stated I was unsure as I do not do her job, to which she refused to take my parcel. Poor customer service!

We chose to Use Fast Signs for all of our property signs and apartment numbers. Ty was an amazing person to work with as well as the guys who put the signs up for us..Ty was always on top of his job and stayed in communication with us through out the process. will definitely use them again if needed.

Issi in customer service was so helpful and quick to respond. Everything was handled so professionally and to such a high standard.
Such a friendly team and great product. We have used before and always thoroughly pleased. would 100% recommend.

The outside sign I purchased warped in two weeks. The company said that since they did not install the sign they would not replace it.

They were all polite until I told them I was happy to pay someone a little bit extra because they bothered to come and cost the job beforehand in person, rather than ask for the details to give a half arsed estimate and require half of that to be paid before they even show up.

When I informed them this unorthodox policy was the reason we didn't go with them and recommend that they accept that tendering our quotations is just part of the job and to please pass that message up the food chain, the guy I was dealing with couldn't wait to get off the phone and basically hung up on me.

Rude, corporate and soulless.

Steer a wide berth!

Absolutely a horrible experience. We were charged $100 for an estimate. After a month of asking when we would get the estimate (multiple calls and emails), they said they had no idea who we were or what we were talking about. When asked about getting a refund for the estimate fee since we had received no estimate, we were informed that they do not charge an estimate fee. After we started asking for our money back, they sent a guy out to do the estimate. A few weeks go by, and I start asking when we will receive the estimate (again multiple emails and calls)? Apparently, they lost the first guys notes. They finally send someone else out to give us an estimate. It took weeks but finally got a guesstimate. Just tossing numbers out there with no details. It will either be $10,000 or $20,000 (who knows at this point they're just spit balling).

Still waiting on that $100...

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I USED FAST SIGNS. I AM WELL SATISFIED. I TALKED TO BONNIE WHO SET ME UP WITH WHAT I WANTED. AFTER DISCUSSION WE DECIDE ON WHAT SHE RECOMMENDED. I WAS NOTIFIED TO SEE THE DECALS LATER IN THE WEEK.THAT WERE TO BE PROOF READ.ON ARRIVAL THE DECALS WERE ON THE COUNTER READY FOR ME TO OKAY THEM . I AGREED ON THE ORDER AND I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CONTACT ME WHEN THEY WOULD BE READY I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL LATER IN THE WEEK STATING THEY WERE FINISHED. THRU ALL THIS TRANSACTION I WAS PROFESSIONALLY TAKEN CARE OF. I WOULD RECOMMEND FAST SIGNS ON TV HIGHWAY IN BEAVERTON. BONNIE IS A CLASS ACT FOR THIS COMPANY.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I recently placed an order and had a couple of hiccups, but Mo dealt with this straight away and so professionally. Their customer service is second to none and I am so pleased with the sign they produced.
