We purchased a Kohler horizontal motor from them On January 6, 2024 for $1064.00 We have not received it YET. We were suppose to get it January 31st, delivered to our address. We have emailed several times, no response. I think we got scammed, I am now working with my credit card to get that money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! SCAMMERS
Delay product and bad costumer service, but after we get product, it enough, we get best price.
Would not recommend however I did not buy so I don't have proof. But they don't take PayPal tho they have a little logo at the bottom that claims u don't need PayPal, trust visa to protect u. Well they don't take visa either they just take bank transfers or crypto currency both ways of paying once it's done theres no getting it back.
Ordered a 4 hp honda from Fastoutboard paying with PayPal (thank goodness I did that). It was a really great price but I was concerned it was a scam, hence the PayPal who I trust completely. I followed the item on-line as it was shipped from Oslo, Norway, (supposedly). After about 10 days no more information on-line. Tried contacting Fastoutboard about the shipment twice with no response. I contacted PayPal who reponded quickly and got my money back in my account in about 7-10 days after initially contacting them. As I said earlier, PayPal is great. Since then I have sent Fastoutboat a message requesting information about ordering from them again. I have received no response from them. I'm going to write PayPal a note asking if they will continue to supply Fastoutboard with services. If they say they will continue doing business with them and refund my money if I don't get the motor, I may order from them again. All I can say is, only use a payer who will guarantee your purchase in the event of you not getting your purchase.
