We’ve had a very good experience with FastNetMon. The platform is very helpful for DDoS detection and gives us the visibility we need for day-to-day operations. It has become an important part of our network monitoring workflow.

What we appreciate most is that the team is responsive and helpful when support is needed. Their assistance has been valuable, especially when we needed to resolve issues quickly.

Overall, FastNetMon has been a reliable solution for our needs, and we’re happy with the service.

We are hosting / cloud provider and using FastNetMon Advanced to protect our networks from volume-based attacks. Flowspec support is lifesaver - we are able to block most of the attacks without blackholing the customer server.

Grafana integration is also excellent and helps a lot.

I have been a FastNetmon Advanced customer since 2019, and it's been a super useful swiss army knife to manage DDOS attacks and mitigate them.

Pavel Odintsov's support team and commitment to the product is fantastic.

Very good DDoS detection and protection software if you need a basic protection for your network. Fastnetmon only does a basic detection based on bandwidth, packets per second or amount of flows. With the option to rate-limit or discard attack traffic by automatically created flow-spec routes, it’s a ideal tool to use as a basic protection for overload of your network.
Sadly, the software lacks some flexibility specifically if you’re interested in using different mitigation methods depending on the attacked target or the method of the attack itself (especially cases like flow-spec for business and blackholing for private customers is not able out of the box).
Really looking forward for FNM to evolve in the future!

Our company has been a customer of FastNetMon for many years - probably 4-5 now. We've always received fast and knowledgeable support from them when needed (very rarely), and their software works amazingly well. DDoS detection takes under a second with port mirrors. The engine underneath is frequently updated with bug fixes and new features. In general it's a set-and-forget piece of awesome software that just works.

We've been using FastNetMon to automate RTBH for years and haven't hit a single roadblock the staff couldn't help us with. While we were given assistance via the Slack channel before purchasing, I highly recommend checking out the Advanced Addition. It gives great capabilities for controlling traffic flow via Flowspec, amazing dashboards on Grafana, and incredible support via the website.

FastNetMon is great for ddos detection and automatic rtbh. I am using this from 2019 and till now using for its accuracy.

Hi, i work for an ISP in Latam, i have implemented the community version and add a script to integrate it with BGP so we can put the attacked IP in a black hole. We decide to implement it because we were having a lot of DDoS to our customers that were impacting the service of other customers. After we implemented fastnetmon this attacks no longer affects our customers, just the attacked IP, but no more colateral damages.

I'm, partner of FastNetMon , also dev, but i think , is the most powerfull software, and community edition if free. Lot of space to work and being better in securing networks. I am proud to be able to participate in this project.

Since i "grew" out of the free version, i bought a Fastnetmon Advanced subscription. Especially liked the graphs by subnets, it is convenient for diagnosing general network problems.

We are SP and fastentmon helps us to keep our infrastructure up and running, helping mitigate DDOS attacks. And it doing it very well.

In my ISP, we face several types of attacks, we use FNM which is a quick and simple tool to use. We managed to fight this evil using FNM. Very satisfied.

FastNetMon is just amazing,
The software is very useful and very simple to install // configure.
The Graphite integration is nice and just working well
The Support team is very friendly and replies instantaneous when we ask a question.

I wanted to test their "FastNetMon Advanced".

i applied for a trial key using their trial form.

This what i got from their support. without any explanation.

"we cannot offer our trial for you due to our internal policy."

"We did additional checks and we cannot offer our services for you."

I heard about it years ago and never expected FNM to be such a wonder product until I decided to deploy it lately and I wish I had given it a try the first time I came across it. Now I can sit and relax while the fully automated FNM is protecting my network. Thank you Pavel not only your product is great your friendly manner is also one of a kind.

Awesome , do exactly what is suppose to do i cannot be more grateful about this product. Is a kind of solution i was lookin for year. Easy to setup and some trouble i get was on my side and after looking 2 minute chrono on the forum i fix it.

This is a very powerful tool for monitor networks.

Very capable, bloat free software. Installation was a breeze.
