We placed our home on the market with FastMove and we accepted an offer on it the next day. It's now sold. We saved over £2000 in Estate Agents' fees by using FastMove as apposed to any of our local High Street Agents. FastMove were available for us to contact 7 days a week including evenings. Most Estate Agents are not available to this extent, and this was important to us because things come up at weekends or in the evenings sometimes. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fast Move to anyone considering selling their home. Offer accepted means nothing with this agent. Keeps advertising the property with a lowered asking price. Total disappointment as the property would need planning permission which would need payment to the architect and to the council.
