AVOID AT ALL COSTS . SCAMMERS. Bought a Cla rear bumper, paid for it over 2 weeks ago , chased repeatedly , no return calls , they hung up on me on 1 occasion eventually admitted they were unable to supply the item but kept hold of my money for weeks but have assured me they are issuing a refund, if they i will get money back off credit card company.
Poor Fitting, Kit came off, Not Taking responsibility
Bought a Aero kit for my X7, the front splitter came off on the motorway after a year, Poorly fitted, lucky to be still alive. When I called them they're not Taking responsibility and using everything in their book to try and blame me! Apparently its ok if it comes off after a year because of wear and tear, wonder when my front bumper will come off.
Wanting me to pay for a replacement they can do one!
Avoid Poor customer service and parts don’t fit
Was looking for a rear diffuser for my car and I seen one on Fastlane Styling at a good price rang and was told once I made the purchase I’d get it within 2 days.
When it arrived I checked it and everything looked ok until I came fit it. They aren’t hard to fit but I managed to fit it perfectly on one side but then when I came to fit the other side it was short and wouldn’t sit right. I managed to kind of fit it.
I took some pics and sent them to Fastlane Styling to show the poor fitment I sent a email showing it
they said it is for that car and I had fit it incorrectly 😂 which I told them I hadn’t. I then asked for a partial refund they refused and told me I wouldn’t be get any refund or they would look into this issue it was company policy.
Avoid at all costs there parts don’t fit and when you speak to customer service they aren’t helpful at all have no interest in helping to resolve any problems you may have they are also very uncooperative.

Don’t know where to start
Don’t know where to start . It’s really a shame I didn’t clicked with them for the second time cuz they are local and they do have some great stuff . I tried even after the first time didn’t worked out . Customer service is really low . Communication is very difficult. I did come with little baby and been asked to park on the pavement. Then been asked million questions about who I am seeing , if I am booked in . Then apparently I wasn’t booked in. Then the prices of some of them stuff cut my knees . Been extremely excited going there and trying to sort my exhaust tips but the whole experience for the second time put me off paying over 450£ for exhaust tips. Shame we didn’t clicked , at lest I tried to give them a second chance .
Carbon tips £450 🤦♀️ everywhere else u find the same ones under £250 .
Great customer service but quality could be improved
I recently bought an exhaust cut off valve from them which came within a few days in great quality it worked for about a week but then the valve became loose and started to rattle so I contacted them got a response in less that 12 hours considering I did it through email at night, so it was a fast response and they responded with a brand new valve which was already on its way
In my eyes that’s great customer service yeah the part may have been faulty but nothing the could’ve been able to notice

This company doesn't seem to care about customer service
Seemed Ok at first but it soon became apparent once I paid that things were going wrong. I called to check the part was in stock and was told yes, I bought it through their website then got no confirmation or invoice! next I receive a tracking number by Royal Mail for the next day. That day passes and no part supplied. I called again to ask why the tracking was supplied and yet its not updating and was told it must have missed pick up. We are now 2 days after ordering for next day delivery. The weekend passes and we get to Monday afternoon when I call again to find out why its still not updating when I was promised it would be dispatched 1st thing Monday. 'Not sure let me check' I was told. I'm told then it will be dispatched tomorrow probably. I asked them to recheck to ensure the part exists and they come back saying no its out of stock!! What a Joke !! Wasting my time, taking my money and not having the decency to contact me. Last insult is I was told I would receive a refund in two days... That time has passed and I have had to contact my CC company to raise a dispute for payment. I still have had nothing from the company, No invoice, email or call.
I advise you shop elsewhere as this company doesn't seem to care about customer service at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dont buy anything for this crowd, cheap rubbish
My car dealer purchased 9 inch ford ranger arches from fastlane to fit my jeep, not on it 5 months and they are cracking around the area of the screws which are just for aesthetics, when contacted they didnt want to know 30 days returns thats it , blamed screws being too tight, rude customer service. Was told to buy another set at a discount ,no thanks wouldnt buy another thing from this company as they use cheap rubbish from china. Totally agree with comments below about quality and lack of customer service skills , shocking stay well clear of these cowboys, dont even deserve 1 star.
Bought the boot lip and mirror covers
Bought the boot lip and mirror covers. Boot lip is fine, but the covers was for other model, not fit, I asked to swap to correct ones, they says that cant do it because i saw this after 30 days, i was not able to check earlier that covers for other model and they not fit. I didnt ask for refund, only wanted the correct covers where ordered, but that was not sorted. Dont recommend to shop here. Bad costumer service

I recently had a stainless exhaust fitted to my jaguar xk. The quality of workmanship is top-notch. The materials used are also of a high standard, the good thing is they have the best selection of exhaust tips and boxes I've seen and so we were able to get the look just right. I had wicked dual chrome tips fitted, another guy had some carbon fibre tips which were beautiful. They also keep you informed on the progress of the job. When I arrived I was treated very well, actually the best customer service I've encountered in a place like this. I also noticed they had a flow of fresh wrap and various parts arriving so I guess the wrap they use is brand new per vehicle and not sitting around.
There is a Costa coffee across the road so that was handy. So I recommend fast-lane styling
Exhaust Noise
I visited them in August 22 for a full exhaust. Don’t expect a fancy showroom, but a practical centre.
Soon afterwards the drone from the nicely fitted new exhaust was too much. I returned today and they fitted the OEM centre box I’d bought.
Happily I now have an OEM exhaust fitted and the drone has gone…. there’s a reason OEMs spend so much on development, there is no trial and error.
steal your money
This literally deserves 0 stars such rude customer service I messaged them on everything Whatsapp, email, even they’re website but they only replied after the return date they didn’t let me return the item at all charged me for 3 hairdryers which was about £140 and it arrived but they smell like somethings burnt after a few minutes of using burn your hair so much very bad website don’t buy from them or you’ll regret it so much.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I’d definitely select it, as that’s what this place deserves!!
This place is all about ripping you off all whilst not doing the job properly!! I got a quote of £1000 including VAT, for them to do an exhaust job. It was too expensive so I didn’t go ahead with it. I returned to them several months later having sorted 2/3 of the job myself, thinking they would give me a much more reasonable quote - they quoted me £640 plus VAT!! When I challenged it and pointed out what they had to do, which was only 1/3 of the overall job (they thought I was a complete noob!) they revised the quote to £350-£450 plus VAT, claiming the £100 difference is in case any unknowns pop up. During the work, they claimed an unknown popped up (something to do with the mid pipes I brought not being a proper fit, even though it was made for my car!) and therefore the price was £450 for them to customise it. They knew I had left the premises and was over an hour away, as I stupidly mentioned it to them. They had already stripped out my exhaust etc., so I reluctantly agreed.
I asked them not to weld on the tailpipes as I plan on having a diffuser at some point in the future and would want to adjust them to accommodate; apparently that created issues for them which resulted in the tailpipes not being straight - to avoid that, I reluctantly agreed for them to weld it instead but apparently, that now increased my price by £40-£50 (bearing in mind that welding is the main job which they had already quoted me for). In the end I ended up paying £490 in cash.
After the job was done, they didn’t connect the valve wires on the exhaust, even though this was part of the whole job they quoted me for - when I raised it, they claimed it wasn’t part of the job quote and they had said they’d do it only if they had the time (which was utter bullocks!!) They did get someone to route the wires down from the boot, but that person only had 15 minutes to spare so he only made a direct route to the exhaust, nothing was tucked away or hidden and my boot panels and trims were not replaced (it looked like a tornado was in the boot) . The next day after I got home, I had to un-do the routing and re-routed everything how I was expecting it to be done (hidden and not posing as a hazard) and I replaced my trim panels - in that process, I discovered the burning smell me and my girlfriend had on the way home, was due to one of the valve wires touching the hot exhaust pipe and had melted on it!! Thankfully it didn’t burn right through or started a fire!!
I also had a terrible vibration from the exhaust on the way home - whenever I came to a stop, the whole car vibrated quite harshly, my girlfriend said the vibration gave her a headache by the time we got home. A quick research on Google revealed that they had made my downpipes touch the frame of the car and this is what was generating the vibration - out of fear they would charge me to correct what is essentially their muckup, plus the fact that I’ll never use them again, I spent the best part of 2.5hrs sorting this myself the next day, as the car was simply intolerable with the vibration!
Fastlane complained about the job almost every opportunity - claiming how it ruined their day and they had to reorganise work on other cars to deal with my car - essentially, saying that I, the customer, inconvenienced them by providing them with work - work that was essentially a basic job for any experienced workshop!! Literally, the crux of my job was for them to build the pipes from the rear differential to the backbox, that was it!
I will never use them ever again and wished I had looked them up before using them, as this is easily ranked amongst the top 3 worst customer experience I’ve ever had!!

They are one thing money grabbers told me 450 on the phone when I got there it jumped to 680 why I couldn't tell you . that was after every one ignoring me I think the staff are arrogant they will waste your time wished I had used another company.
Poor customer service
First of all it’s not a surprise that their rating are low. I was scheduled in to have a few things done on my car today at 9:00am. I arrived at 8:45am, I was greeted with cars blocking the entrance and staff member's totally ignoring it.
I walked in three times looking for someone to talk to I was ignored. At 9:05am 20 minutes of trying to get into the parking yard someone finally came to sort out parking and move a few cars around. Once parked I went inside where I was ignored for a further 10 minutes then asked am I booked in. I told them all my information and then was told to sit down someone will be with me shortly. I then sat down for a further 10-15 minutes nobody came. I walked out sat in my car for a additional 2 minutes then went. Staff members observed me driving away by the way, then they had the nerve to phone me 10 minutes later like they had no clue.
Point blank they do not respect your time. If you make a appointment stick to it. If you are delayed have staff member's explain to the customers the situation. You should be checking your system and phoning customers and informing them. They have very bad customer service, the will pay attention to those who they “think” are spending more money. Staff member’s also were wearing sun glasses hiding that they had been up to something, despite be located next to a police station.
Purchase a Thor exhaust speaker system…
Purchase a Thor exhaust speaker system from this company. The fitting was wrongly done and the speakers stopped working after 1 month. I have been waiting 8 month and still no news for replacement parts, despite a dozen of phone calls from my side and a few emails. Their customer service is not existent, they just don't care. I would never buy from them again.
