BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I joined the Fast Info online class for drawing for my child. While the teachers seem good, the overall experience has been very disappointing due to poor customer service. After making the payment, it took a long and frustrating process to arrange the correct class. First, they assigned a Hindi-speaking tutor, which wasn’t suitable for us. Then, they placed my child in an advanced drawing class, even though I had requested a basic level. Despite multiple follow-ups, it has now been two weeks since payment, and the issue is still not resolved.
Very poor coordination and lack of responsiveness. I will not be recommending this service to anyone

It's a really very great experience..The teacher--Suchandra Pal is very compatible and her explanation makes the student feel very comfortable to communicate..
My child -Valiqa Zahid -(batch time :- 7pm on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)can communicate and co ordinate in a very smoothly and understands her drawing skills in a better way..

Terrible Service and Unprofessional Behavior
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. The staff displayed poor communication skills and were aggressive in pushing for additional payments under the guise of a "Spoken English Course." I was charged 1541 Rupees, but the course was not as promised. When I requested a refund, they refused to process it.
I strongly recommend avoiding this service and opting for reliable platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or EduX instead.

Aman Maskeen is a big Scammer
Aman Maskeen is a big Scammer. Never invest even 1 rupee in his course. The 5 star ratings and reviews you're seeing are all given by his team using different accounts and names. It's a trap.
In the webinar you may have seen that many were messaging like "Yes I'm excited", "I can't believe how less the price is", "I'm paying in 2 minutes". "Paid...paid...paid...", "You are the best sir"... These all messages and comments are posted by his team.
Also they will say "if the course doesn't meet your satisfaction we will refund the money". They are lying. They will never return your money, will block your call and ignore your mails.
Hope you understand.
