Cristian was great, got to the bottom of the issue straight away.

Had to move my website and email over to a new hosting package today and was dreading it, but Kate and Climen from Fasthosts support made it completely painless. Climen in particular was patient, clear, and walked me through every step even when I didn't fully understand how it all worked. Recreated my email addresses, sorted my SSL and second domain, and made sure nothing was lost along the way. First-class service, thank you!

James knew his job so well he provided solutions to every challenge I encountered with setting up my professional email address. His expertise showed through the assistance I received.

After helping me set up my email addresses he made sure they were working by sending email tests that I received before ending the call.

He was also very patient with his teaching because sometimes I pressed the wrong links. But he kept his calm asking me to try again.
