so the thing nobody warns you about is that if you cancel a withdrawal the money goes back to the balance and not into some limbo. i cancelled one by accident on the tuesday, panicked slightly, and it was sitting there again within the minute. re requested it, went out wednesday. anyway that is my one piece of useful information about this place
