What a rubbish company they close down…

What a rubbish company they close down the website over christmas till 6th of january and cant even check what has happened to your parcel, Try and contact and nothing will not be getting anything from them again now you saying I had other orders this is not true and nobody has scanned the tracking number again a lie you need give your heads a wobble and try again get one over me

We are very sorry to hear your order did not arrive over the Christmas period. We are closed over Christmas and New Year until the 6th January 2025 as noted on our website page, however we are always available to contact daily via the email shown on the page. Unfortunately the customer made no attempt to contact us via email. The order was sent as normal with tracked postage but does not appear to have been scanned as delivered by Royal Mail. A Paypal claim was opened and we responded instantly with an apology and a refund prior to the customer leaving this feedback. After further investigation since reading this feedback we have noticed the customers address on the order is incomplete and missing the Town line and this may be the reason for delay. The customer had previously made other orders prior to this under different logins so we were able to clearly see the discrepancy on this order and advise.

Fast by Name Fast by Delivery

Never ordered from this company before so checked out reviews on TrustPilot, I needed to replace the joysticks on a wireless Xbox controller, the genuine items were in stock at a great price so I ordered them and they arrived within the timescale stated on the order, sure enough they were the genuine item and slotted in perfectly. I would order from this company again due to this positive experience.
