Tried arranging a return but no one turned up. So contacted customer service they rearranged it 4 times!! No courier company ever turned up, also booked royal mail but failed to make that too. So poor information from customer service was even promised a refund due to the mess but changed their mind. Talked on endless chats and phone calls they not been able to solve anything. Written mails no reply. It's now up to me to go and post it off. Service not one bit. Lost me as customer.
