Poor customer service
Ordered 5 rolls of paper , 1 roll arrived half opened and no label on it so we couldn’t check the batch number ! We contacted customer service and they were very rude no apologies and wanted me to return the roll and reorder but couldn’t guarantee the same batch number would be sent back to me , this is the worst wallpaper company we’ve dealt with ! So be weary when ordering as if there’s a problem they don’t care !

I am sorry you've had this experience, I have had a quick look into your order and can see based on the last few email communications, that despite our teams best reassurances that the roll would be from the same batch, we did offer to collect and replace the the unlabelled roll, but due to time constrains you decided not to proceed with this exchange.

I came across Fashion Wallpaper a month ago. I phoned them yesterday as I wanted to find out delivery times. Sophie was lovely and said if I placed my order straight away it would be sent out the same day and delivered next day. It arrived today and was tracked. I couldn't quite believe it. The customer service has been excellent. The Wallpaper is Scion Lintu Dandelion/butterscotch. Their wallpapers are the cheapest price I could find on line and sometimes they have a discount code too. If you spend over £70 you also get free delivery. I'm definitely buying from them again. Thank you Sophie for being so kind and helpful. You are a credit to Fashion Wallpaper.

I just purchased 3 rolls of William Morris wallpaper from Fashion Wallpaper.
It’s the first time I’ve used the company and it certainly won’t be the last. In every aspect the company excelled with a competitive price, super quick delivery and excellent communication updates.

This is when you find out you dealt with a dreadful company.
We had an issue with one of the wallpaper rolls, we contacted them and they were most unhelpful and said it couldn’t happen ( one roll was shorter than the other) but as it only showed up when the job was done. They said each roll can be different so they said they couldn’t take the complaint further.
Thank you for the feedback but it was the last length that highlighted the issue.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you weren't happy with how our sales team handled the situation. I have had a look into this for you and can see that you had already hung wallpaper after querying if the roll was short because you couldn't finish your job. Our sales team explained that a roll that requires matching is not guaranteed 4 drops (with a standard wall to ceiling height) and that to evidence if the roll was short we'd need the entire uncut roll, however you were not able to provide this.
Got it!
My experience was great because this firm took the time to order in the one roll of wallpaper I wanted. I had tried other firms who said it had been discontinued.
