Terrible quality and customer service
Ordered 3 pairs of boots. After waiting weeks for them, I cancelled one of the pairs. I finally contacted my credit card company about them after not receiving the other two pairs weeks after that. In the meantime, they came in. Damaged!. At this point, I wanted to return them for a full refund and be done with this company. They said it would be too expensive for them. They are in CHINA. Kept offering discounts. I did not want the boots. My credit card company was of no help. Fasionscent recharged my card the last day my complaint was in effect. They said I never contacted them. I had copies of numerous emails I had sent to them. The credit card company didn't care and said my dispute time was up. So now I have boots with broken heels and another pair with buttons falling off that I have to pay more money to fix. The company NEVER gave me any discount for the damages.
