Rrecently purchased a couple of bike chains that were difficult to source elsewhere, as most retailers either had them out of stock or listed at a much higher price.
Fashion for Cycling not only had them available but also offered them at excellent value.
This is not my first order with Fashion for Cycling, and it will certainly not be my last. Every purchase I’ve made has been handled with consistency and care. Orders are processed quickly, delivery is always prompt, and the product selection is strong.

Perfect webshop service
Really great, the shop helped me after I made an error in my order. They just sent me a return label and reimbursed me.
Both packages arrived fast and in an appropriate box.

Careful!! Shown prices on webshop are not what they ask to pay you! Visited the webshop and bought 2 products at the mentioned price. After paying correctly I suddenly get a mail which tells me that there apparently was an error on the website and I have to pay extra before they will send my order. This with an external payment link attached in the mail. After asking for my order none the less, in the end I payed the agreed price, this gets completely declined. All respect for errors, it's possible they happen, but a situation where the clients needs to pay the deficit of their error seems completely ludicrous to me. Unfortunately the first and very last experience. This is no way to treat costumers for your mistakes.

Nogmaals onze excuses voor deze ervaring. Zoals ik in ons mailverkeer ook al heb uitgelegd, was de korting van 5% op de giftcards een tijdelijke storing op onze site. Na het mailtje naar u met de vraag om het verschil op te leggen, hebben wij na uw mail met de inhoud dat u hiermee niet akkoord was uw bestelling geannuleerd en het bedrag teruggestort. Dit is ondanks de onaangename ervaring wel correct afgehandeld.
