Its scam,i orderd in November in 3 times when i check the traking number online they said it was delivred ,i received the cheap ring I email them meni time where is my package ,they be patient they didn't send me the ring ,when I told them you send me the ring they is the gift. No only this site another site name poocroct is the scam

This company is fake. This company is pretending to be SHEIN at first. Once your order is made it is something else. They send A fake ring claiming A mistake on the order

Complete SCAM. I ordered boots on clearance for $45 with shipping. The boots never arrived but some cheap ring did. As soon as the ring came in I knew I had been scammed. Their website said they were Shein until the confirmation page showed fashion essentials which immediately made me realize I had probably just been scammed. And then the ring showed up confirming. I emailed them anyway and they told me some crap that my order must have been shipped to the wrong address and they would let me keep the ring for free. Fast forward 3 months and there is a $2 refund from them in my account when I paid $45!!!

I placed an order on September 24th. Haven’t received it. Total scam. Said they were SHEIN and the whole reason I ordered. SHEIN needs to take them down for false advertisement. I did receive a cheap ring but didn’t know why until I read this sight. Don’t trust the Facebook sights for ordering. They lure you with really cute clothes and then scam your ass.

Ordered on Nov. 10 emailed them 11 times. It's always the same return message, their looking into it. I suggest every contact the Attorney General office. Something has to be done about these scammers

I made a purchase September 22, 2022. Still waiting. I did what it said to check with my mail courier. They didn't receive anything. Nothing. tracking said delivered three weeks after i put the order of over $30. So disappointed 😡😡😡

Totally useless site and service. I ordered from them on 25th November and even after 1 month nothing delivered to me until 16th December tracking number was saying in-transit and on 20th December it was showing out for delivery till yesterday i haven't got anything and now it's showing parcel successfully delivered. I haven't got anything none of my neighbour got anything for me delivered. This is totally scam and they don't even reply your mails. Such a stupid site and individuals who rob their customers.

No stars actually. Scammers. I made Several purchases totaling $36. I was so confident because I read and they said they were part of Shein. Several beautiful outfits is what I purchased. I did not receive a thing. The tracking number said it was delivered. A fake ring was placed on my doorstep instead. Now, I’m unable to trust berries shopping sites and afraid to purchase anything.

On November 15th I placed an order for nearly 85.00. At first I received emails saying the order shipped, but then suddenly the tracking page would not load. I emailed them to ask about it and I am getting communication from them but one email says my stuff was delivered, another says she is checking into it. I have no idea....I guess it's go to my credit card company. These things make me so angry 😠 😡 👿!

This is a joke and a bad one. Add me to the list of ring receivers only they did respond when I asked what the hell is this crap, a ring I didn't even order and they responded saying the ring was a Christmas present while I wait for my order, what is that, the worst experience imaginable.

Never received merchandise and tracking number provided is not associated with any known carrier. Website address is no longer valid. Big scam! I feel stupid for ordering from this site.
