Ordered a jumper which has never been…
Ordered a jumper which has never been revived. Attempted to contact customer service on 2 occasions with no success. No jumper & no refund. Terrible.

Happy Customer
I love the grey hoodie and joggers co-ord set and the black midi dress that I ordered! They both fit perfectly and were so comfortable. Arrived just in time for when I wanted to wear the dress out! will definitely be shopping here again!! :)

Poor
Ordered an item which was never sent out to me. Asked for a refund and was told to wait until it arrived, never did! Got a notification i have been refunded but no money has been put back in my account. Such a shame.

Please accept our sincere apology for your parcel not arriving on time; having checked your parcel was dispatched from our fulfilment site on time.
Upon completion of the investigation by our courier, and to prevent further delays, we issued a refund for the order on 19th Jan 2021.
Please note, minimum of 5 working days is required for the refund to appear in your bank account, due to the processing time required by the banks.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
