Bought a dress for my partner, three weeks before her birthday, received an email after ordering saying that the warehouse has no eta, no promise to follow up, or a number to call, cant even pick it up?

Is this just a well-designed ponzi scheme marketplace?

the website should be warning customers that their orders may not arrive, and that they are experiencing faults. really poor service.

I placed an order for dress I was wanting to take on vacation. It finally arrived about 6 weeks later, well after I was home again! I decided I wanted to return since I hadn't taken it away with me. They finally responded to my refund request to say they'll issue a credit. This was a full price dress and according to their returns policy I'm eligible for a refund. Multiple emails to follow up since and still haven't got a refund approval. Useless service! And dodgy practices. They should be shut down.

I have made a number of purchases from BNKR in the past and had no issues and loved the clothes but my latest purchase was never shipped. It’s been nearly a month since I ordered and there is still no indication on the Spotify tracking app that the order has been shipped. I have emailed multiple times and tried to contact on their messaging platform and haven’t received any response. I keep looking for news on whether the company has gone under but haven’t found anything.

Unfortunately, same issue as everyone else. Purchased an item and have only received one response from the company after multiple attempts through all lines of communication available. When the company contacted me they responded using the same excuse they had told a previous reviewer six months ago which was there was a delay as they are relocating warehouses.

Have not heard back nor receive my products.....is everything ok? They have not updated their website or socials for months.

Same issues as everyone else here, made an online purchase on 12 September and absolute radio silence for a month now. Tried emailing several times, used their online chat but have had no responses to anything. BNKR have been around for ages and I thought they were legit but I wish I had read these reviews before buying.

I placed an order on the 12th of July which I still have not received, now currently 26th august. Have tried to contact the company multiple times via email, only once got an automated response that they currently have shipping delays..have also tried to contact them via chat option on the website but no response. Will never ever be ordering again. Absolutely disgraceful from an Australian company.

Disgusting customer service. Take your money and never fulfil your order! Have emailed multiple times and got one automated response saying to wait 10 extra days, it’s now been over 3 weeks and no more responses to be had. Will be reporting them and their inadequate service / lying to customers!

Pays to read reviews before spending your money. I am currently still waiting for a response as to where the outfit is that I purchased for a wedding nearly a month ago. Initially a received an automated “please wait an extra 10+ business days”, and after my third email I now have now response. I never buy designer and what a complete let down Fashion Bunker was with experiencing the service from what appeared to be a high end designer boutique.

I purchased a big order in their Afterpay day sale on March 17th and the only shipping method was Express 1-3 days. After a week my order still hadn’t even left the warehouse so I emailed and they said they needed 10 extra business days to despatch due to moving warehouse.

No indication of this anywhere or any information about delays, so the event I purchased the dress for had well and truly passed. Now currently April 8 and nothing received.

CROOKED DECEITFUL COMPANY
This Company are crooked. Do not be enticed and lured into their robbing activities. My experience the dress I purchased was too small. I had to pay the return postage. I did not receive a refund. A credit was issued forcing me to purchase from the company (something I did not want to do because of their immoral procedures) When I came to use the credit I noticed it was £10 short. I have sent at least 50 messages to recover my money but all have been ignored. Be careful

I love BNKR! In the midst of other online retailers, their service provides faith in online shopping.
Their clothing is very on trend yet for an affordable price.
The customer care team reply within 24 hours and are efficient in responding to queries.
They are also very understanding and thoughtful when assisting (I had a late return however they still accepted this)
I am definitely now a life long customer, and will continue spreading the word about this wonderful business.

(AU) Horrible customer experience with an inadequate and outdated returns policy. After being a loyal customer for years, spending thousands of dollars with them, this experience has turned me. This brand has no value for the people buying from them, they only want your money. I will NEVER shop Fashion Bunker BNKR again.
