Fashion Barn Shop sells counterfeit goods. Two years ago I purchased a Tumi Voyager Carson Backpack from this business. One of the zippers broke so I returned it to Tumi for repair. They refused because the serial number was not one of theirs. It was a complete fake. I tried contacting FBS but none of their phone numbers work. Unbelievable. Never buy anything from these fraudsters.

I ordered a Burberry bag from the FashionBarn shop in August 2022. A month later (and with many delays) I finally received an item but they shipped the wrong bag - the bag I specifically stated that I didn't want. After much back and forth they provided a return label using their preferred shipping company. I shipped the item back and emailed them the tracking number. It's been a year since I shipped it back, but they won't refund my money. They say they never got the item. I didn't order what they shipped, yet I took the time to go to the post office where I stood in line for over 30 minutes (because that was their preferred shipping company) and shipped it back. They need to take responsibility for this situation and refund my money. The unfortunate part is that Synchrony Bank (my credit card company) decided to side with this fraudulent merchant and won't accept my dispute. I think they hope that I will give up, but the amount is just under one thousand dollars. I finally filed a complaint with the attorney general. I want to write about my experience on all possible platforms to save others from buying from this merchant and using Synchrony Bank. Both are incapable and dishonest businesses not there for the consumer.

Scammers and liars! After pacing an order in sum of $384 for boots, they were never shipped. Tried to cancel, and opened a case with BBB. Trying to get a refund, they lied about it too. Just opened a dispute with my credit card company for that charge. Will see if I ever get my money back. How do they even still have the site up?? Should be forced to close down. It's all fake BS anyway, if you do get your "order". I should've read all these reviews before I went on their site.

I got scammed by this company too. They received my return but haven't refunded my card. Hopefully having disputed with my credit card company will get somewhere, otherwise that's $400 I'll likely never see again.

This is a phishing scam business. I bought something, wasn’t billed immediately, then received an email saying my order was cancelled because it looked fraudulent!! A couple of days later my credit card was accessed and scammed. They are crooks.

This is a scam business. Fake items. Extremely poor Customer Service.

All the positive reviews on the Facebook are written by those users with less than 5 friends. So all the fake reviews and the website is fake and their offline store not even existing

I hope that no one will have my experience with this store. The worst experience I've had with an online purchase. I bought a pair of fake shoes and when I returned them, 6 months have passed and I still haven't received the money.
