I’ve ordered from Fash Focused twice…

I’ve ordered from Fash Focused twice now, and they never disappoint! The service is consistently great and incredibly fast. A huge thank you to the team for rushing my recent order—it arrived just in time for Eid! The outfit is stunning and the quality is beautiful. I really appreciate the extra effort!

Completely echoe the negative reviews…

Completely echoe the negative reviews below, as they are 100% accurate to my experience.
Im not one to submit reviews, but felt it was needed on this occasion. The brand is hyped by influencers recieving free latest fashion products, so obviously they won't say any negative comments about the items. The items are severely overpriced- I've bought literally same items from places like House of Haniya / other places for way less. She charges an arm and leg for an item you can buy for £20 from your local market at the same quality. I recently bought a jumper for £35 , one wear and the item bobbled up so bad. the quality is so poor! I've got in touch with the customer service several times, no response. neither on insta... they don't even have an email address! you know why that is right? Because they target the right influencers such as vanity femme etc, who have huge followings. Their followers will blindly buy, therefore they aren't afraid of one time buyers or complaints, as they can afford to lose the custom. Personally I think it's a brand that has got to n their head. Having a lack of customer service in any brand is so so inadequate, substandard, unsatisfactory and below the standards of what the fashion industry should uphold.
These companies are probably unregulated , hence can get away with this poor service with customers. I would advise ppl to steer clear. This review has come from sheer frustration from lack of response and ignorance from the company following several messages sent.

Its ok until you realise how much you are getting ripped off, and how poor quality the items are!

Very poor quality and terrible customer…

Very poor quality and terrible customer service
I ordered two dresses from Fash Focused and was extremely disappointed. The stitching and threadwork were coming apart straight out of the package, and the material felt very cheap and poorly finished.
I was influenced to buy because of the huge amount of Instagram promotion, but it’s obvious those influencers are being gifted items and not giving honest reviews. What you receive is nothing like what’s advertised.
On top of that, getting a refund is incredibly difficult. Before purchasing, responses were almost instant, but once they had my money, my messages were ignored. The lack of customer service makes the experience even worse.
The quality is worse than Shein, and you can probably buy better items on Temu for much less. For the prices charged, this is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this brand. Save your money and don’t be duped by influencer hype.

Tacky and overpriced with non existent customer service.

Tacky, low-quality clothes with non-existent customer service. Built on influencer hype, overpriced fast fashion with no quality or originality. Would not shop here again and do not recommend. The 2.9 star unclaimed Trustpilot page and poor reviews on tik tok too says all you need to know really. Same overpriced recycled “fashion” who gave this business a platform to sell on tik tok now too. Such a let down. Needs to invest money in decorum and business etiquette rather than a holiday every other week more than anything. Fast fashion like this should be left in the 2025. Onwards and upwards a lesson learnt do not shop from here I had a bad experience.

Really not impressed

Really not impressed. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, expecting items to arrive within 5-7 working days. Only just received an email to say the items have just been sent. So it may be another week or more until I actually receive them. I needed this on time for an occasion. Contacted customer support a few times, no response received.

THE BEST!!!!

I cannot recommend Fash Focused enough! This is by far the best clothing company I’ve ever purchased from. The quality of the clothes is outstanding—every piece feels luxurious, well-made, and designed with such care and attention to detail.

What truly sets this brand apart is Sumaiya. Her passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the business. She is the USP! You can tell she pours her heart into what she does, and it creates such a special connection with the brand.

The customer service is absolutely top-tier. The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any queries. It’s rare to find a company that’s not only offering beautiful, high-quality products but also backing it up with such exceptional service.

Fash Focused is more than just a brand—it’s a community, and I’m so proud to support it. Truly amazing in every way!

THE WORST QUALITY!!

THE WORST QUALITY!!! Please do yourself a favour and save your money, get a bin bag from the supermarket instead it would be better quality than the quality of clothes sold from this website. I have never left a company review, but have never been so disappointed. The clothes look NOTHING like the website, I’m convinced they have key pieces just for the website to fool customers. I bought an emerald green dress and it was paper thin, looked awful. I also bought a co-ord set and it’s not only cheap and itchy material, it looks awful too. I wouldn’t even give the clothes to charity because they’re that bad. Completely unethical company selling awful quality clothes and representing something totally different online. This will teach me to buy from unheard of companies, I wish I saw the reviews first. The worst company I have ever bought from.

Awful clothes

Awful clothes! Don’t waste your money. I purchased three outfits, two of them were worn once and the outfits look like a mess… threads pulled, bobbling, such a waste. I took out the third outfit from the packaging today and it looks like the outfit has been worn previously, most likely a return repackaged! I made the mistake of not checking all the outfits at the time of purchase. Please don’t waste your money on this company. Such a shame.

Stay away from this company!!!

Stay away from this company. The goods arrived 2 weeks late, along with a customs invoice of nearly €100 on an order value of €120.

There is no mention of customs fees anywhere, which makes this indirect deception. I do NOT recommend this company.

Rip offfff!!! she charges triple for an outfit most outfits are on shien or other sellers sell them for way less than she does and the swim wear is cheaper on shein . Don’t understand they hype and why people spend so much

Terrible experience - Avoid.

Absolutely awful experience with this company.

Refused to issue a refund for returned item. Despite having proof of postage and a tracking number with Royal Mail.

Disgusting customer service, completely ignore emails. No response at all when questioned why I would not receive my refund despite providing numerous pieces of evidence to show I had followed the returns process.

They do not care about the customer once they have taken your money.

Shockingly disappointed given they are Muslim owned company.

Please avoid at all costs.

If you are an international customer

If you are an international customer, rest assured you will be ignored and no one gives a s**t if you need to make a return. They casually do not care to pick up international retuned packages and you are left with extra costs of your things being shipped back. Also don’t expect any response to emails or even the slightest form of an apology or explanation. In one word S**TSHOW.

I can imagine why they do not claim…

I can imagine why they do not claim reviews on trustpilot. Please avoid this at all cost. There are plenty of other options available. I had the worst experience. I received an order with missing items and when returned they asked why I did not inform them about missing items and did not gave me a refund. It’s worst ever. Please avoid this fraudulent clothing company. They steal my hard earned money. If I don’t receive the described item it’s not my business to inform them. They are blaming on myself. Please avoid avoid avoid avoid it.
