Had a really lovely experience, was dubious as I hadnt heard of this store before but its a small business owned by a very friendly lady. She writes a handwritten note in each package, I have bought 2 Varley jumpers from here and they've both been perfect. Unfortunately I had to return the last one as it was an unsuitable gift for my mum but this process was so easy and stress free - and prepaid return postage. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

I ordered a pair of LNDR leggings that arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately they did not fit and I had to return them. Alex was very quick to respond and very helpful to assist with my return queries. The refund was processed quickly and I was notified. Very happy with the customer service given especially from a small retailer and I will definitely shop here again.
