Excellent service. The taxi arrived 5 mins early. The car was very clean, inside and outside. The air conditioning was most welcome.
The driver was very polite, had excellent English and engaged in a pleasant conversation with us.

Fantastic service and I honestly couldn’t fault them. The booking instructions and communication were clear and straightforward, the driver arrived exactly on time, and the vehicle was spotless and very comfortable.
Our driver was incredibly friendly, professional and made the whole journey completely stress-free. Everything went exactly as it should, which is exactly what you want from an airport transfer.
I was so impressed that I’m already using them again in another week when I’m back in Portugal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Faro Airport Taxis to anyone.

Speedy transfer
Arrived in plenty of time, communication was great when he arrived.
I wasn’t after a world record to get to the airport. Driver was aggressive in his drive, often doing 20 - 30 kph over the limit with children.

However, we are very sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the driver’s speed and driving style, particularly with children on board. This is certainly not the level of service or safety standards we expect from our drivers.
The driver is new to our team, and we will be addressing this matter with him immediately. He has been called to our office so that we can discuss the incident and take the appropriate disciplinary action.

This was the third year I have used…
This was the third year I have used Faro Airport taxis and they were again excellent. Their reminders and check-ins are really helpful and they are always on time, even a bit early for the departures collection which is great for piece of mind!
When we were last collected from the airport I had increased our group size by two, so the vehicle ended up being slightly too small to accommodate the extra luggage. Full responsibility was taken for the error on their part and a larger vehicle was provided quickly and at no extra cost which was fantastic!
I will be booking with them again when I next travel to Faro!
