I was one of a group of residents in my road who regrettably were faced with a rat problem. Gareth was recommended to me by a friend and I am very glad we engaged him to sort things out. Extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. A course of three visits were arranged, bait boxes set out in the gardens and the rats were no more.

Knowledgeable, prompt & professional service.Originally called out in 2025, but unfortunately the rats regained access this year & so we needed a repeat visit. Non-return rat protection valves added to drains & disinfectant sprayed in loft. Many thanks Gareth.

After struggling with a recurring rat problem, Gareth didn't just 'fill holes' he did a full investigation and found that the entry point was actually a cracked shared sewer pipe under the driveway. He provided a detailed report for us to give to Thames Water to get the repair sorted. Professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

Gareth is one of the nicest, most professional people I have met! We had a rat in the eaves of the house and needed help and Gareth did not disappoint. He came the next day and spent an hour with us giving us lots of advice and identified the most likely place the rat was getting in (through an old pipe). This has now been plugged up so hopefully that is all that is needed. Should we need more help, Gareth was more than happy to come back. If you have any need of a pest control expert, Gareth should be your first call.

Excellent service. Prompt for all visits. Explained what he’d found after inspection plus backed up with our own photos of rats in the garden, . Advice given about not feeding birds etc, traps laid in firs visit with a comprehensive report of findings and details of baited traps. Two subsequent visits to inspect the traps with a follow up report from all both and traps removed on last visit. . No evidence of those pesky rats now. Would recommend. Efficient, professional and knowledgeable.

Gareth from Farnborough Pest Control did an absolutely amazing job solving our rat problem. From the very first visit, he was professional, calm and reassuring, and he never once made us feel embarrassed about the situation. He was very measured in his approach, starting gradually and logically rather than jumping straight to drastic or expensive solutions. He was creative and thought outside the box, working through options one at a time over a number of visits to make sure the problem was properly resolved rather than applying a quick fix. Gareth was always responsive and prompt with his visits, worked cleanly and carefully, and never left a mess behind. He was also very fair and reasonable with his billing, which we really appreciated. His knowledge, patience and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend him.

I had a problem and having dealt with Gareth before gave him a call. He came around within 24 hours and solved the problem. One can’t ask for any more.

Another excellent review for Gareth, who quickly identified our mice problem, set strategically placed traps inside the gaps to our roof, where we’d heard scuttling. He came back a week later, checked the traps had worked and set more bait. On the third visit, when confident the problem was solved, he provided tips on how the mice were getting in and steps to take to prevent them returning.

Gareth was knowledgeable, professional and sorted my pest issue promptly. He was also flexible with appointments and helped find points of entry for pests and to close these up to prevent future problems. I would recommend Farnborough pest control and would use them again.

I would highly recommend Farnborough Pest Control. Gareth is very professional. We needed help with cockroaches initially and then to sanitise an area and install anti pigeon spikes. We received reports after all visits. If I need pest control services again I will definitely use Farnborough Pest Control.

Gareth came and inspected what we thought was a wasps nest he confirmed this and promptly dealt with the problem, very happy with how he dealt with the above and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again

Gareth was absolutely fantastic. Was on time and was friendly quick and very efficient at dealing with the wasp problem I was having.
Was so.helpful and promised if the issue was unresolved in 4 days he would come back for a 2nd round of treatment if required free of charge.
