Farmhouse Pizza,10 minutes or so food delivery disaster!
I bought a deeppan pizza with all toppings, chicken wings and 2 deserts. Deserts were fine but the chicken was undercooked and no flavour. The skin on the chicken was rubbery and jellylike difficult. When it came to the pizza I phoned the manager and said it was a disaster. He was shouting on the phone and aggressive. I said I was unhappy with the order it was falling of the base and a mess. He said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do, even though I was a customer that never complained. This time the service was poor and I tried to sort it out with him and said I was coming over with the food. After touching all the food with his bare hands he said I could put it in the bin if I wanted to and he was not going to give me my money back. I asked him to cook the food properly, he said no.
After no results and the manager shouting and yelling he got his food back because me and my children cannot eat doey food not baked properly and tasteless. He called me a f b...ch and asked me if I was going to open my legs for him. Words were exchanged and he tried to get at me and I had to warn him. After a number of years as a loyal customer my experience with Farmhouse Pizza, Whitby Road, Ruislip had ended for good as I told the manager directly. Not a customer care experience at all very poor service, unsatisfactory and abusive service.
