Disappointing & expensive
Disappointing & expensive. Not all items ordered were received and only told about 1 of the 3 & had a sub of grapes when blueberries were ordered which was not to my taste or informed about.
I was supposed to get an email about order being ready for collection but this failed to come through too!!

Communication for box collection was helpful, even when the shop was closed. Their selection includes organic fruit and veg, though some packaging could be more sustainable. Overall, a convenient choice for traceable produce in Swansea.

Disappointed with the medium chicken bundle. Didn’t have a whole chicken only one chicken breast and four chicken thighs. Would be good to know what is in the bundle.

Always there for you no matter what
They always have a listening ear for whatever you have to say: at the shop, on delivery and online which is really rare these days as everyone is so busy!
The excellent quality of the produce is such a delight too, especially when real organic food is so hard to get...
Always friendly, really honest, helpful and accomodating too despite your health conditions & very understanding too!
