My recent pick up experience, the guy was nice but didn't appreciate him smacking the outdoor candy canes off my back door while grabbing handle. Chocolate try I got, one of the chocolates was impossible to eat. I did reach out and got refunded for that. Manager from the store was nice at 1st, then ignored me then wasn't real friendly in his 2nd reply. Seemed not to care about how I felt. Reached out online to customer service and they have yet to answer but doesn't seem like they're going to. Can't stand being ignored by anyone, and when they don't care about my experience.

The only thing I purchased from this Company was tires. My light indicator came on so I ask Justin a manager to take a look and tell me what was wrong. The indicator needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and put in. I was so surprised to get a text message hours later to tell me about a vehicle inspection report.
Most business ask you if you want it or not. However, the manager never ask and the report was done. After reviewing the reviews on this place of business I see why it only gets one star.

ABSURD REFUND PROCESS
Ordered three types of candies, ButterToffee's which are very good, Carmel Cremes, darker than one's found in local stores which seem to have sat around for a bit but are edible, and now the Spearmint Mints which taste nothing like Spearmint ( more like peppermint ) and then when you try to get refunded you have to fill out paper work which is more extensive than needs to be also if you paid through PayPal you have to do even more follow up work for that process and finally you have to pay to ship products back so to exaggerate a bit here you paid
let's say $12 for mints they all suck then to ship back cost $5 you get a very small % for a refund. My message is BUYER BEWARE !!!

I did an online order. I was told the order was ready for pickup. I go to pick it up and after 25 minutes of waiting I’m told they are “picking” my order. After almost 45 minutes, they load what they have of my order and tell me I need to go talk to the manager because over HALF my order was out of stock and I would need to get a refund. The manager told me that the night staff probably “gave your order away”. How is this okay??

I ordered a chainsaw online from Blain Farm & Fleet Chippewa, which the page stated had the item in stock. After a period of time, I received an email that the item was cancelled. I called them and they stated they had none on hand and the web page was wrong. I asked how long I would have to wait for the purchase to be credited back to my card, and was told if I didn't receive it within 3-days, to contact them.
I needed this chainsaw, and am not going to place another charge on my card until this is corrected. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Small things are important, and how they fix those problems determine a company's care for their customer.
Do not trust their webpage or anything you have been told or promised. Go to the store in person and buy it if available.

Took my truck in here to just get an alignment after I replace the ball joints upper control arms and inner tie rods. When it came out and it was done the traction control light came on the ABS lights on now. This is the problem with these mechanic shops making sure that they can throw these codes so that way you can come back and get it fixed. These lights were not on when they entered their facility

Worked at the service center. Peter Robert the district manager is the reason there is no staff there. He thinks $16 an hour is a fair wage for a certified mechanic. Won’t budge on wages and constantly tell employees that they already aren’t worth that. My husband made a oil change service at the Dubuque Iowa store on Thursday July 27th 2023 at 10:30 am on Saturday, July 29th. When he arrived they told him he could not get the oil change at that time because they were saving a stop for another customer with a tire change. My husband was so upset! You make appointments to hold a spot for your service. Well I guess that doesn't matter, appointment at Blains in Dubuque you are not guaranteed. They could of called yesterday or this morning letting him know they could not complete his service, so he would not have to drive all the way out there!

Order an electric canner for around $250 and stated shipping was free. Went to check out and website recommended to add jars and I thought ok since I have qualified for free shipping already why not. Checked out with canner and some jars. Looked at invoice after checked out and noticed a charge for $14.90 for shipping. Called customer service and they said the jars I added did not qualify for free shipping. I asked for a refund because the item that I purchased did qualify me for free shipping. But she said no refund will be given and I should have paid attention. I stated you should not reconvened items that do not qualify for free shipping if the customer already has free shipping!!! Be AWARE!! It was the first and last time I’ll shop with them. Watch for shipping charges if you add what they recommend. Any other store if you purchase $300 it would have free shipping!!! Oh and if I would have just bout the jars alone 11.95 so how do I get charged even more shipping if it was just because of the jars?????!!!!!

i ordered a Simpson power washer on 6/13/2023. when i opened the box i found a part that turned out to be the part that you screw you hose on. i then find out that part was broke right off the power wash part of the washer unit. right off the casing and all. i then noticed the frame was bent witched was why the hose hookup was broke off the casing.isent pitures to Blains. they said they would send a return lable. that was a long time ago. called them today and they said they would send another lable. this is shurly a SCAM!!!
stop selling stale items at full price
what happened to this business?? They were a successful establishment for 50+ yrs. By the other reviews here & me having same issues, il keep this brief. The shipping & handlings prices fluctuate way too much. 1 month its 7.99 & the next it could be as much as $50 , which is ridiculous. To add insult to injury, the quality of food items has fallen way off. I ordered over $100 worth of pantry items & snacks & the majority was disgustingly stale & expired. Im still waiting on that call back for a refund.
