Long time Customer here, I have used them for more than several years as of 2024, orders always came when expected and prices are reasonable. They do recycle tracking numbers Correos de México (Mexico Post) which can be bothersome for Customers and the USPS mail system in general, but overall a good experience. My only drawback or that caused me to not give them 5 stars is that Mexico does not allow injectables to be shipped to the US also their product lists is kind of limited plus once something is out of stock it typically stays that way for months on end, if not longer. As of 2025-26 I have not ordered anything from them, I think they may not have been shopping to the US for a period due to Tariffs. Perhaps this has been resolved by now,

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Great customer service and always respond to emails and keep you updated. I was also surprised how quick my medication arrived (Mexico-London), it says it can take 30 day or more but I got mine in about 10 days! The prices are very good and stock a wide variety. I will now be using them on a regular basis- highly recommend.

They have the same products that i can get in the us only at a better price.

Have used them regularly for well over a decade online. They are very reliable. They have some very good prices on some items ... Especially if on sale. Overall have been very happy to have this resource. Shipping takes a while - as it tells you - it's weeks. But I've always gotten my order. And you get what you ordered. Quality excellent.

I have been ordering from this company since 2021. They have always been helpful, and prompt in processing my orders. They walked me through the payment process, which can be confusing. They let me know when my payment had been completed. When my items shipped, and gave me tracking information. They always had someone who spoke English, if not on hand they called me back soon.

I have used this company for several years and have never had a problem. They used to take PayPal and credit cards so it became a bit more difficult now that I have to send a check. And yes, it takes a couple of months to get your order but I have only had excellent experiences with them and their personnel.

DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY HERE THEY DONT EVEN GET 1 STAR IF THEY EVER FIX THIS ISSUE I WILL POST A BETTER REVIEW I SENT PROOF OF PAYMENT NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR MORE INFO. Farmacia Del Nino several times and I have had great success! They provide an excellent service and always keep me informed.

Very disappointed I never received my $200 order after a reship and 3 months waiting. Now Maria, (customer service) doesn't even respond to my emails. Mexipharmacy seems to be the same company.
