WARNING!!! THIS WEBSITE CALLED “FARESSAVER” IS A SCAM!! THEY SHOW YOU AN EXTREMELY LOW PRICE COMPARED TO ANY OTHER WEBSITE TO BE ABLE TO CONVINCE YOU TO BUY THE TICKETS WITH THEM. THE FORMAT OF THEIR WEBSITE APPEARS TO BE VERY “PROFESSIONAL,” BUT IN REALITY ITS A VERY DANGEROUS SCAM. THEY SHOW YOU A SPECIFIC PRICE, BUT ONCE YOU PAY IT, THEY NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR TICKET. THEN, WHEN YOU CALL THE AIRLINE YOU FIND OUT THAT IT SHOWS THAT YOU ARE NOT IN THE AIRLINE’S SYSTEM. BECAUSE OF THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THE FARESSAVER WEBSITE TO TELL THEM THAT THE AIRLINE SAYS YOU ARE NOT IN THE SYSTEM, AND THATS WHEN THE GUY ON THE CALL SAYS THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY A HIGHER PRICE (TWICE AS MUCH) IN ORDER TO GET FLIGHT TICKETS, AND THAT WHAT YOU ALREADY PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE. ALSO, THE GUY/SCAMMER ON THE CALL SPEAKS WITH BROKE ENGLISH!! WE LOST OVER $3,000 BECAUSE OF THIS SCAM. WE’VE BEEN TRYING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK, BUT WE HAVENT, AND ITS BEEN APPROXIMATELY A YEAR SINCE THIS INCIDENT. PLEASE BE CAREFUL—DO NOT USE THE “FARESSAVER” WEBSITE FOR ANY PURCHASES.
Happend to my daughter and I yesterday. Went to fly saver they sent me to them with the promise of one price I was expecting to pay.
Get to them and they had me pay twice as much. What a scam.
And then threatened my daughter with losing money by text because she backed out because of my situation. I won't use them or fly saver again. Scam.
Do not use this site. Scam alert- I booked two ticket to Jacksonville Florida and never got a confirmation so I called them and could not understand a word the dude said other than - "You need to pay more" because it was a promotion that was sold out. Bull-
I have booked flights before and never have I ever dealt with this crap.
I was told it would take 3-months for a refund.. WTH
THIS SITE IS A BIG SCAM. THEY TAKE MONEY GIVING IT LOW PRICE NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS AND THEN SAY THEY WILL BOOK LATER FROM THE CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND COME BACK SAYING THEY DID NOT GET THE SAME RATE AND ALSO THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY WHICH WA PAID. SO PLEASE BEAWARE OF THIS SITE. NOT RELIABLE.
