ITS A SCAM!! The tickets are low but in order to get an eticket, you have to pay for the seats which are $60 in my case and they won't give a refund. I didn't know this until after the purchase. They claim I would get an eticket within 4-24 hrs but that never happened. It prompted me to call and they said flights went up. With these seats, I ended up paying $100 more than expedia. Stupid that seats are not included in ticket price.

Very detailed instructions and very informative

I do not know much about the company per se. I only had experience with one Mr. Douglas. I do not know his last name either.

He was very patient in hearing about my needs and was willing to spend time to meet my requirements in booking my ticket.

I will give a 4.5 star. There is no way to do that in your system, and so I picked up a 5.

There is always a room for improvement - and that is what progress is about.

You'll be dealing with a lot of scam artists. They charged me for four tickets and refused to get my money back it's been 2 weeks. Now every time I call they won't answer the phone. I called the airline the tickets will already refunded to another credit card that was not mine do not buy from airline tickets from them that bunch of thieves a bunch of liar's they no longer answer the phone everyday I call they say they're going to refund my money and they never do do not use this website today makes 3 weeks I have been waiting for my refund every time I call they say in two days in 2 days this place is a fraud what a bunch of thieves I'm so tired of dealing with them they are not a legit company they do not honor that word if you want to work there is a crook and a liar do not buy your tickets from them

The rep was nice and friendly had very good customer service skills he gave me a good price that I could afford.
