SUBJECT: REFUND FOR THE CANCELLED TICKET BEFORE TIME & MISBEHAVE OF YOUR AGENT
Sir,
This E-mail is in regard of complaint for the misbehave of your agent for the concern of refund of cancelled ticket before time.
As we booked a flight from your office located at Kalma Chowk from agent named FAIZA NAAZ for LHE-IAD dated as 09MAY, 2024 – 21MAY, 2024 with mentioned below information.

Sir, as we booked the flight from FARE MAKERS but due to some issue traveler was unable to fly and we called to your agent on 08MAY, 2024 afternoon to cancel the ticket and apply for the refund (as per your agent this ticket was refundable). After cancelling the ticket she called us back and told that flight has been cancelled and you will get your refund soon.
After few days when I called her for the refund she said your flight had been NO SHOW and airline is not giving us refund.
My question is that, according to airline rule what is meaning of NO SHOW? When you can cancel your ticket till the check in time and can apply for the refund.
When I called her again and again she started misbehaving and said we cannot refund you the money if you want refund go to airline.
After a long argument she said we haven’t received refund from airline and whenever I called her she told same story that I have just sent the email and waiting for the airline response, which clearly shows that she has no logical and authentic answer she is just trying to steal my hard earn money.
She is just trying to portrait that there is no refund but as per the AIRLINE RULES flights are refundable, changeable and more important the lady FAIZA NAAZ at the time of booking mentioned that this ticket is refundable.
When I called her on 11JUNE, 2024 she again misbehaved in very rude and yelling tone, she said you can get your refund from Airline, I called to airline and came to know that my refund has been already done.
So, on June12 when I called to FARE MAKERS and spoke to Mr Tallat Mehmood, explained him whole story, he checked everything and informed me that my ticket is already refunded and cheque of my refundable amount is already issued from accounts department,
After this call, lady named Faiza Naaz called me and asked me to visit the office then I told her that my cheque is issued then she said “Yes Sir it is issued on 11June, 2024 (yesterday) for the date 25JULY, 2024, on my concern about date of July which is too late she again told me No sir it is for 25June, 2024 but you can visit our office tomorrow on 13June, 2024 and I will request my accounts department for the early date as now accounts department is closed. Hereby I again found a conflict ion her statement.
Now my main concerns are the misbehavior of your agent because at the time of booking they seems like the most sincere and kind toward customers and later on they behave like goons just for the sake our money.
I want my refund
Looking forward for your positive response as we are using Fare Makers for our international trips since years, I hope you wouldn’t lose your customer.
