I mainly dealt with schedule change department and Kim and Samuel were just outstanding.
They tried to assist me in every possible way they could to provide me with an alternative flight options.
Highly recommend faregeek to anyone looking to book flights!

Genuinely don't know how this company is still trading. Booked tickets back in March to Bali and for medical reasons had to cancel the flights. We were advised that the refund could take around 6 weeks to process. 6 Months later & STILL NO REFUND.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Quite happy to take the funds but shock, will do anything within their power to never refund what shouldn't be theirs.

Reasonable rates but with no call backs, no responses to emails and as soon as there is an issue, not willing to take any responsibility.

Will now have no other choice but to involve the Trading Standards as this is not acceptable & would not wish this experience on anyone else.

Samuel had been a great help in getting the rebooking done with Emirates Airlines for our travel to Mumbai from Toronto after Saudia pulled off all its flights To and Fro of Canada. He listened very carefully the whole situation, offered us the alternate travel options including the offer of a full refund in case we aren't satisfied with the alternate arrangements. He set the expectations right from the very beginning along with the response time he is going to take to get the rebooking done. He followed up time to time in order to get the rebooking completed.

booked and paid for 3 flights to USA in March 2017, £1500. No fault of Faregeek but AA cancelled the flight on day of departure. So thought was guaranteed a full refund, which AA said would happen. Still waiting 8 months later for a refund, after many many emails, and initial phone calls. Even had a guarantee from a supervisor, Agnes, that she would resolve the situation 10 days ago, but not heard from her since, and again not responding to my emails. This company is a dead loss and don't keep their promises to respond, just pass the buck all the time.

Update - Have now been refunded, last week in September. Too long in my opinion. I can't afford to have £1500 outstanding for 9 months.

Cancelled flights booked 5 months in advance
I used them first time to book flights 5 months in advance. Two days later they notified me that my booking has been cancelled and that i must pay more for the same flight. I called them and they blamed it on the airline. Avoid.

Absolutely horrible. Booked 3 tickets to Europe for about $1500, have our confirmation # and everything. About 10 hours later receive a call (hidden #) saying our flight was CANCELLED. (Not everything, keep reading). Shortly after, we find the same exact flight for $1800+. I give faregeek a call thinking it was a joke because it was hidden #, and they say that the price we had purchased them at was a “promotional value” and they had no more tickets at that price. Let me remind you that at first they said our flight was cancelled now they’re saying crap about promotional value. There was nothing on our page about this being a promotional value and that there was a chance that we might not be able to get those tickets. I understand if there was a warning or a message stating but there was nothing! This company decided to cancel our THREE tickets because the flight we purchased tickets for had gotten a lot of other buyers and so they decided to raise the prices, AFTER we purchased our tickets and had our confirmation #. Extremely unethical, unreasonable and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

I was sent several times from an aggregate site, mommondo.com, to faregeek with a ticket price of 481 for 5 persons, but then as soon as the site popped up, the ticket price was 550 per person. After talking to a customer service agent, he said that it was because the flight aggregator was not showing real time prices. This was actually the 10th time, over the span of 2 weeks, that this happened. The service agent kept saying that those prices were not accurate, and that I had to log onto their site to see the true prices. Something distinctly dishonest is going on here, and I would highly recommend avoiding them.

My flight was re-scheduled and I have been notified about it. However, the ticket was not re-issued, which is what I found out only 2 days before flying. I think it would be great if this could have been sorted out earlier.

However, on calling them once I have found the problem, the customer service was excellent and the guy was very polite and extremely helpful. I will definitely use them another time again.

I was slightly apprehensive about using these guys because id never heard of them, but everything worked out just fine. When I received my flight confirmation, I called the airline who I was booked with to confirm my seat reservation was genuine and they confirmed it was booked and ready. I'd definitely use them again, but just make sure every detail and name spelling is correct on your booking or you'll get charged for corrections.

I've used faregeek twice now. Both trips to Oklahoma city, USA from London Heathrow. I travel this route regularly and was looking for a cheaper way to do so. Faregeek were nothing but helpful for me. I had a problem and they solved it within a few hours as they said they would. 8 flights in total with them (4 each trip) no problems with them at all.
Transactions went through fine I had no problems. Customer services were also really helpful when I was looking for a flight. They found me exactly what I wanted at a great price. I was worried because of the reviews but I always believe a lot of people don't write good reviews as much as they do bad reviews.

I would definitely recommend faregeek to those who are looking for cheaper ways to travel.

Lowest rates amongst all, easy and simple booking procedure, no complications whatsoever. The moment i paid, i got my reservation and confirmed on airline website. 5 star and excellent service. Will definitely use again.

No problems whatsoever. Lowest price on comparison. Paid by Credit Card with no surcharge. Received e-ticket direct from Airline next day. Booked seats. All done without any issue.
