Lengthy and arduous
Lengthy and arduous. I was not prepared for the time it would take to change all my banking. I determined that it took about six weeks. I was not prepared for the process of RBC one card to instore purchases, another card for on line. These RBC cards each took two about two weeks to receive by mail. My surprise was that the best of the lot to deal with was CRA,

Excitement for a life without debt!
From the moment I reached out to explore my options, I was met with very knowledgeable and kind individuals to assist me. They explained in great detail what the different options were as well as what would work best for me, showed me the difference and how much of a difference it would be. As someone new to this I appreciated having all my questions answered in a simple and straightforward manner.
My only issue is with the poll. It is being asked too early. Maybe things come up that were not explained to me. I think the poll should be asked after the consumer proposal is accepted or declined and after I see what happens after that.
