Only order from them if you want to get scammed

Made an order in December 2019. I was told to wait two weeks, after three weeks of waiting I emailed them a number of times and didn’t get a response until three months later. Once I got the response I was told me that my order had been lost and they would send another one and I would have to wait another two weeks it is now been three weeks and I still have not got my order.
Never apologise and never even emailed me to tell me that my order had been lost, I had to email them and investigate.

I just want my money back !
