Excellent product and service
I bought a bag from Fantini Pelletteria and accidently put in my old address (auto-fill). The customer service was quick to help me change the address. And my bag was still delivered on time. The bag itself looks really nice, feels sturdy, and came professionally packaged.

Great gift
Bought a beautiful leather weekend bag for my brother’s birthday. I chose the option to have it wrapped as a gift. They did a really good job with a nice red bowtie and festive wrapping. Quality of the bag is great too!

Issue with wrong shipment solved very fast.
I ordered a bag as present for my wife but the wrong bag was shipped. I contacted the company and the mistake was solved very quickly. Responses to my emails were very quick and very friendly. I received the correct bag within a week.
