Lovely quality purchase - good after service too.
I had the leather back back in July. I absolutely love it Great size, quality and image etc I am not one to keep swapping my bags around and I feel this ticks most of my use boxes!
In Oct I had an issue with the zip and the company replied by email and helped and resolved my issue. So I can conclude they also have good customer service too, which I was a little worried about as it was indeed shipped to the uk from Italy. So well done FANTINI PELLETTERIA, and thank you. I will buy again in the future :-)

Very good quality GP bag
I got the bag for my boyfriend and when he opened it yesterday, he was very please as it was compact enough to carry all his GP equipment and space for pens and notepads. I asked him for rating and he said 5*, hence the rating.

It did take longer than expected to arrive, but I had great, proactive assistance by WhatsApp.

The staff dealing with my order were brilliant, checking by text to be sure I'd had no problems with the website, and even taking the trouble to add a discount code I had overlooked, which was processed immediately. Took a long long time to come so please factor that in when your ordering. However, would completely recommend the product the leather is top quality and the finishes to the bag were really good. Also- packing was so good I didn’t even have to wrap it .

Fab customer service, after informing the company I'd given the wrong delivery address, they immediately stepped in to correct it and kept me informed all the way on delivery. Our daughter opened her gift today, her comments... "The bag is lovely. Smells amazing. Lovely leather". It turns out it is the perfect size and just what she wanted. Her praise is high, so I may be tempted to treat myself!!!

I found this website thanks to a friend returning from a vacation in San Marino. She spoke to me very well about this family and their leather goods.
