Fantasie bras are definately not worth the money. After just a few weeks the bra started to fall apart. Bra had only been worn a few times and washed in a specific underwear bag, on the handwash programme of washing machine. Had other bras a lot cheaper washed in the same way which have been fine. Their quality is obviously far more superior to fantasie bras. Instruction to handwash needs to be much more prominent due to such dire outcome if you don't happen to spot the miniscule washing instructions on one of the labels???
Purchased a fanfasie illusion bra in sept, and 6 weeks later the wire is exposed. When I took it back to Hancock and woods store the woman told me that they won't replace or refund because I'd washed it in the washing machine. For a start you would need amagnifying glasses to read the label( I'm visually impaired), also the assistant didn't warn of this. I have never paid £38 for a bra before and I won't be again. I'll stick to m. and s in future. Very over priced and poor quality. Rip off!
Extremely disappointed. I purchased two bras in June and the wires have poked through both, when I contacted the company they asked me to send them back and promised they would assist me - they have now informed me that they don't believe there is anything wrong with their quality and wont be refunding me. They are placing the blame entirely on me and accusing me of not washing them correctly - I have had considerably cheaper bras that I wash in the same way and they have never had this issue. An absolutely dreadful excuse for customer service. I will never purchase from this company again and suggest others avoid at all costs.
Poor quality over priced lingerie, I’ve had ‘Asda’ underwear last longer, after only a few wears, two pairs of briefs are faulty, Hallie refused to pass to her supervisor for an official complaint and reimbursement, I will now not wear the matching bra so over £40 down the drain, appalling customer service do not buy, save your money!
Amazing lingerie great quality and smooth return and refund.
Excellent customer service
Wire broke through fabric after 4 weeks- sharp end to it with no rounding or plastic tip. Poor quality for £37 . Won’t be purchasing again.
Disappointing Quality for the Price – Underwire Issue with Fantasie Bra
I purchased a bra from Fantasie Lingerie, expecting a premium product that would justify the high price tag. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. After just a few wears, the underwire has come out of the bra, rendering it completely unwearable. I should also mention the pain associated with the underwire digging into the sensitive area when the underwire comes out of the bra when you are actually wearing the bra.
Given the significant cost of these bras, I expected much better quality and durability. The underwire issue is particularly frustrating, as it's a basic feature of the design and should not fail so quickly. To have such a major flaw arise so soon after purchase is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying a premium for what is supposed to be a high-quality product.
It’s disappointing to see that Fantasie, a brand that markets itself as offering luxury lingerie, fails to deliver when it comes to product longevity. I won’t be purchasing from them again, as the cost simply doesn’t align with the poor quality I experienced.
I have purchased and generally get on with fantasy bras. However, it never ceases to amaze me when an item is faulty, due to not being able to produce a receipt, order number etc, companies wash their hands of the product when it is obviously one of their own. A bra strap had become twisted and uncomfortable and all this company said they would do is to provide a strap for a 'strapless' bra. When it finally arrived (months later) it turned out to be the wrong width.
Their underwear is absolutely lovely, fits well and is beautiful , however ………
I made a purchase of £189.50. £22.00 on swimwear and £167.50 on underwear. On checking my bank account they had put through 3 amounts as pending totalling £357. As the money was pending, it made it unavailable to me. As this was a week before pay day it left me is quite a terrible position. I frantically contacted them for them to say this was standard procedure as the swimwear comes from a separate warehouse, that there was nothing they could do and if I rechecked my bank account it should now all be corrected. It wasn’t. They then said I needed to contact my bank to correct this myself. Several emails back and forth contained nothing other than apologies and suggesting of contacting the bank myself. I work full time and had actually purchased the items to take away with me on holiday abroad that weekend, so this was not possible. The payments actually stayed pending on my account for an entire week and I ended up borrowing money from a friend.
In future if I buy fantasie items again, it will not be direct.
Shame because they are good products.
